Woodlands Village Apartments

The last reviews on this page are from 2019. This month they displaced 75 families due to making renovations. Most people who live here struggle to make ends meet as it was one of the more affordable places in Flagstaff. They did not pay for moving expenses, they did not plan the timing well especially for students asked to leave during finals week. They gave you the option of moving back in to a renovated unit for $500 more per month but continue to place carpet in the whole apartment and have cheap kitchens. There is a mold issue in lots of the ventilation ducts in the apartments. Why would you live there when you can find much bigger and more quality places for that price. Bella investment group who owns the property touts being an advocate for people but never answered two of my emails. They did nothing to help anyone. It was a very poorly planned way to make their renovations to make more money without considering the lives of real people! Go elsewhere!

Management is responsive. Apartments are nice. All around I had a good experience.

Every time I had an encounter or question for the staff, they were courteous knowledgeable. Would recommend to any of my friends.

I really like it here at Woodlands Apartment Complex. Workers in the office are very nice and always very helpful to me. Only except a few things inside the apartment, that I have reported already.Such as the stove, the water heater and the water has to run for a little longer to get warm up. Other than it is excellent here and I can tell anyone about it. The parties and the popcorn daily is great too. Thank you all for helping me.

I have been living at the Woodlands Village Apartments for 3 going into 4 years now. I find that the location of this apartment facility is highly optimal in terms of it's proximity to local businesses, Northern Arizona University and the Mountain Line Public Transit System. The facility includes the following features: laundry room and mail room, community clubhouse (complete with kitchen/TVs/pool table), hot tub, swimming pool, weight/cardio exercise room, complementary freshly made daily popcorn and coffee. The facility also hosts community events (ex: movies at Harkins Theaters, community dinners, etc.) and is one of the more affordable priced housing facilities for Flagstaff.

I was amazed the minute we walked into this complex! They truly do their best to make you feel right at home. My boyfriend and i spent an entire day looking at all the apartments in flagstaff and in the short time we spent at this complex we knew right away it would be our new home. Most complexes in flagstaff are very shady and this is the complete opposite. They offer plenty of amenities, year round, and the staff is fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better place to be living up here! GREAT JOB WOODLANDS VILLAGE :)

Woodlands Village seems to be the best complex in Flagstaff. Other places won’t know a single thing about what they’re doing- or they’ll just act like that so they can continue to try stealing more money from you. I could feel the good vibes as soon as I visited the clubhouse to discuss leasing. Maintenance is quick and professional and the whole staff is nice. There’s no confusing layout to get lost in either like so many other apartments in the area. Simple, good vibes, homey apartments for a great price. Plus, they hold plenty of events in the clubhouse. And they have a pool!

I have lived at woodlands for a little over a year now. I have nver had a problem, staff is amazing, and really cheap for Flagstaff prices. Thanks Woodlands!

The office staff is super friendly and helpful. I have lives many places and never had such a kind professional front office. Highly recommended.

Woodlands is the best place I have lived in Flagstaff, hands down. The front office is patient, amnd they go above and beyond on all fronts. It is a beautiful property and all my neighbors have been extremely nice!

The staff here is excellent, and is always very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance problems are solved quickly and efficiently. The CARES team is phenomenal and always puts on events for the complex. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Campus and is very close to Target and other stores and restaurants. Excellent location and people.

We just recently moved in and so far everything is great. Nice location and close to the university. Best part of all, the staff is super friendly.

This complex is within walking distance to the university as well as many attractions such as the movie theater and stores, and a very short driving distance to the downtown area where you can enjoy all that flagstaff has to offer in its heritage square. The price is a little high, but most everything in flagstaff is. While the apartments are definitely older but they do a good job of keeping them up. All the appliances work and the amenities are very nice as well.

Close to the University, without being on campus. So close to my work it's a 5 minute walk. Staff responds quickly to any maintenance needs. There are picnic tables and grills which makes it very convenient to have outside gatherings with friends.

The apartments are well maintained, the clubhouse is nice with great amenities. Washer and dryer are set up with wifi so you can see when your clothes are complete. The apartment itself is well maintained but old appliances...the dishwasher is old and small, the stove has the hard to clean burner pans. If these 2 features were updated, the apartment would be a 5 stars. Also, there is no air conditioning in Flagstaff, and on some days it can be unbearable to stay inside the apartment. Sure wish Flagstaff would add air conditioning.
