My resident experience itself is not bad. I just wish my apartment was less outdated. It’s 2024, all apartments should look a certain way and be held up to a certain standard. I’m just used to luxury living and unfortunately, my apartment doesnt meet the standards that i am used to. That’s my only complaint/issue/concern.

Right now as far as what I've seen, I'll give this place 4 stars. It's really quiet and somewhat serene hear. The amenities are nice and seem to be taken care of. My only real gripe and concern is how thin these walls are. Other than that I'm very happy with everything so far.

The apartment has mold all over. Even in the walls. I am a very clean person and even scrubbed the walls but they are still moldy. There are also cockroaches and other bugs constantly. The carpet is old and gross and needs to be replaced. The office staff took 5 months to go over my paperwork to resign my lease. They told me they had a notary and when I brought my paper to the notary there she didn't do it correctly at all, so I ended up having to go to a notary at a bank to have them redo the paperwork.

My experience hasn't been great so far. Staff doesn't answer the phones and the one who does doesn't help. I'm paying for WIFI through the complex that I can't use and no one cares to respond. The marijuana usage from one of my neighbors is insane and the smell fills my apartment. Even after contacting police several times, the office hasn't responded to any emails or calls I've made to address the issue and I have to go in the office to even speak to someone. So they don't care about illegal activity here even with police involved. The water in the bathroom sink doesn't get hot and the same sing clogs so fast with just water. Bug issues as well.

Great location, close to shopping, airport and other cities in Wake County. You get a lot of space for your money. The house office/sun room is a nice addition to the living space.

I truly enjoy where I live. My plan is to live at Woodlyn on the Green until I buy a house. Apartment is spacious and nice. They have changed management but the office is still great. The maintaince crew is excellent.

Management is friendly in person, but it is so hard to get a hold of them, even on their own website/messaging portal. They also seem to not actually make changes or do anything about issues in the apartments, even when residents address them (cleanliness of gyms, safety around the pools, updates sent via the online portal, smoking on grounds despite being a smoke free area, etc). It has been frustrating to say when it appears management totally disregards what is going on on grounds at the apartments.

Woodlyn on the Green is located in a beautiful area. However, the apartment complex is 40 years old and you can tell once living here. I pay luxury prices for an apartment that has original cabinetry and countertops that have chips everywhere. Several of my doors don't even close. My mantle broke causing my tv to crash to the floor and shatter. It's been very disappointing, to say the least.

Lots of problems with the apartment and maintenance requests take forever to be done. Most of the employees are nice. Property is somewhat kept up overall. But for the price you pay, I'd expect better

Very spacious apartments. Communication with the apartment complex is hit or miss it honestly depends on who you talk to. Definitely recommend viewing the unit you would like first before choosing due to lack of maintenance to the buildings.

Its a quiet neighborhood. The greenways are lovely. The appliances in my apartment are so-so. Maintenance is professional and swift, but I have had to reach out to them often for repairs.

So far my experience has been a nightmare. I moved into my unit today, 5/31/2024, to find it filled with roaches, rotten wood, black mold, and broken door which was clearly broken due to someone breaking in prior. They then switched me, my girlfriend and her two kids to another until which was nice to the eye. It was clean, no mold, and didn't have bugs etc. But once we moved all our belongings inside we noticed it wouldn't cool down in our apartment. Turns out our a/c unit is broken so we try to open the windows, however only one window will stay open. The others all slam down on their own. On top of all this, we use the bathroom and see that the toilet leaks when you flush it.... Now I'm looking through our packet for a number to call, but guess what......they don't list an emergency number for maintenance or for any person who works for this dump. Spent almost $2,000 to move in and all I've seen is the disappointment on my finances face.

As always, I love my space but feel that our building is neglected. The breezeway is dirty, all of the window seals have failed, there are gaping potholes in the parking lot that were painted (!!) a year ago. The lines in the parking lot remain only partially painted.

The staff are nice and the floorplans are large, but the buildings are old and dated and there is a lot of trash and broken glass etc in the common areas.

It’s a lot going on in my apartment things need to be updated and I have mold on the ceiling and I told the office about it and they just painted over it me and my family is sick from it I just can’t get well and I wasn’t like this before. My electric bill is ranging from 700.00 a month I call Duke and they said my meter is good they told me it’s something in the apartment. From what I heard these apartments are very old so I think it’s time to do some renovating I love the area but I have to move because if I stay my electric bill is not going down and that’s what Duke told me it like paying 2 rents and I just can’t afford it.
