Surface LotMost Alexandria apartments have limited parking and we are not an exception. We try to be fair & efficient with our parking and prioritize residents over others. Our lots do not have reserved spaces. Residents must display a community issued permit (see Frequently Asked Questions for more info). Visitors may park anywhere in our lots from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM, after which they must move their car to North Morgan St. or another public side street.--

The management office is one of the worst management offices I've ever dealt with. The maintenance team closes requests without addressing issues that affect someone's health and well-being. They don't listen or care about residents.

I would NOT recommend moving to these apartments UNLESS you are interested and can handle dealing with all of the following, but not limited to, bed bugs, roaches, mice, and birds getting trapped in your home vents. These are only a few things to name. I am certain there are other ongoing issues that exist in other buildings. If you consider people’s reviews before you make decisions, please decide to move elsewhere! Also the parking is horrible. I moved here in April and have received over 10 parking tickets. The law enforcement is iffy on when they give tickets, also the community itself just does NOT have parking and parking spaces in the lots are sooooo small someone will be sure to ding your car doors. Oh and not to mention the amount of robberies that also occur overnight. I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen the officers handling those kinds of calls. If I were you I would NOT move anywhere on Beauregard street!

This place is crap. From the out dated apartments, like energy efficient appliance, to no laundry because the machine in your building is always broken, this place should be ashamed of themselves. If you have a decent car don't move here because there are no cameras, no security. The people that live here are beyond rude and have no problem hitting your cars and leaving. The biggest issue here is parking. Don't invite any guest over because there is no guest parking. The street parking is filled with people who refuse to transfer their tags over to VA and have MD or DC plates on there car. The amount of commercial vehicles that take up all of the parking and all of the cabs. The wall are super thin and trust me your neighbors don't care and will let their kids run and scream all night long until the early morning hours. Don't be fooled by the rent, your water bill and electric is ridiculous. Save yourself from hell.

It is a very reasonably priced place to live. Honestly all the negative reviews on here worried me but the staff has been very responsive to work orders and answer any questions I had. My one complaint about the staff is that if you have to get a hold of someone, you have to go into the office because they never answer the phone. I only have 3 real complaints about living here. 1) The other residents - people let their kids run up and down the hall screaming. I can smell pot radiating from the apartment next door (I don't care if people smoke pot but I can't stand the smell) 2) There's no washer/dryer in the unit 3) It doesn't have a modern design to it

The property manager Kim is horrible and rude, along with the old office staff and maintenance. When you address an issue with them, they will become very vindictive. They are also very intrusive in regard to accessing your apartment. They are always coming in to do maintenance work, or inspections etc. You will feel as though you are in a dorm. (The newer staff are better) The apartments have mice, and parking is horrible. Good look finding parking after 9pm, and forget having guest over. They have to park far away. Only move here if you are desperate!
There is not enough parking,the place is overpopulated.And tons of taxi drivers,which even make it more hard to find a parking even on the street.If you get off around 11-12am,I feel bad for you.Because you won’t find a place to park,not even street parking.I sometimes sleep in my car till 4am,when other people getting ready to go to work so I can park.I have been towed twice,and I had to pay $180 to get it back.Which sucks,And tons of bed bugs.I told them I want to move out,but the want me to pay two months rent before I leave.I won’t recommend this place to my enemy...
I moved here because I wanted a one bedroom to myself, and this was fairly affordable, given that the only utility I would have to pay was water/sewer. I honestly would have stayed longer but the parking situation and the dubious tenants made me want to leave. Parking for residents is generally OK (if you get home around 11 PM - 12 midnight, you may have some trouble finding something, but I never went without parking). However, there is zero guest parking (although the signs at the front of the parking lots make it seem like there is) and they tell you your guest has to park in the street. That's not terrible, except that this community has a million and a half taxi drivers and/or people with multiple cars, so basically what they do is stick their personal car in a spot on the street until they bring their taxi home and switch the cars out, leaving regular people who just want to have a guest spend the night out of luck. Good luck trying to get a spot in the street if you're not home by like 2 PM. I realize this is not up to Woodmont Park but there has to be something they can talk to the city about, or people will continue to leave. One time, I parked in the street and had another car literally a centimeter from my driver's side door... had to climb in the passenger's side (thankfully I'm small and not pregnant!)... Regarding the other tenants, I never had any issues with them but I did wonder what kind of community I was living in when I would constantly find shopping carts and trash in the hallway and in the elevator. Seriously, who leaves something just sitting in the elevator? That is complete laziness. Also, one time I came out to find that the hood of my car had been drawn on with permanent marker, so that was fun... I don't completely say DON'T move here, but be cautious if you do. It may get on your nerves after a while.

This place is terrible. 1 word - bedbugs. Unless you like them I would suggest moving here.
I recently moved to the area and lucked out finding this place. It is spacious, clean, quiet, and affordable. Utilities are included, properties are well-maintained and management is helpful and responsive. Neighbors are quiet and considerate. There are a lot of small families and young professionals. The apartment complex, Woodmont Park, is tucked away into a quiet corner of the Lincolnia area, which is the western side of Alexandria. This is a great spot for anyone who loves to go outside and be in nature. I often see deer from my dining room window! There is direct access to the Holmes Run trail, which leads to the Dora Kelley nature park. The Winkler Botanical Preserve is also nearby. The nearest Metro station is Van Dorn, but transportation is not a problem with several bus lines stopping at the nearest intersection (Beauregard & Morgan). There are several shops and restaurants nearby, including Global Foods, CVS, Shoppers, Marshall's, Subway, McDonald's, and Clyde's.
I have lived at my current residence for 4 years. I have nothing but good things to say. If there is a need for maintenance the response is quick. I have had nothing but good experiences with management. The complex is close to everything. The pool is on the small side and I wish they had an exercise room however there are several walking trails close by. Overall, I would say that this is a great place to call home.
f you have children, it is a quick walk to the elementary school. Large closet along with electric is included in my rent
