Mallory and Kailey (Hailey lol)are awesome!!! They have be been veryyyy helpful and understanding. Upkept landscaping and parking lot. Issues and maintenance have always been resolved on time. Quiet, clean apartment units and they are also pet friendly :) I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Hello, I am a new resident at the woodridge apartments and with my experience so far I would say that the community is comfortable to live in with beautiful green sights everywhere where it is safe and calm with friendly neighbors that makes you feel welcome at your home. Moreover, the community is located at a perfect place where it's near shopping centers and famous restaurants around livonia. Finally I would like to mention that the staff is upto service on all tasks, leading them Stephany, as an active manager with Erica by her side plus a great technician service team.

The rating is mostly for the poor policy. 3 star rating is for the apartment. Delyed maintenance, poor quality of the items used in the apartment. Unethical management.

Just as the other review says, all they care about is MONEY. Lots of additional fees, maintenance takes weeks, sometimes months to service issues, and the corporate office is just as negligent. The area is very safe, but the company is a JOKE. All my neighbors are waiting out their lease to get out...just as I am.

The water bill sharing with all buildings,also dividing the cost of washing machine water usage. The water bill comes monthly arround $100

After 12 work orders and 3 maintenance visited after 1 month, you would think this place would be fixed by now. But do to staying issues and a poor choice of living here, nothing is still done. Just find another place and save yourself.

Please pay attention to the bad reviews. The good reviews are probably written by management. This place is a horrible place to live. Alot of maintenance issues. High increases in rent. Corrupt.

I have been here for almost 4 years and i love my apartment and the area, The management team is wonderful!! The have great customer service and always address anything i need which makes things so much easier! the landscaping is always clean and great when i am out to play with my son and if we go swimming the neighbors are great! very quiet and safe!!

Just run.....high rent increases- lousy management...please do yourself a favor and do not choose this apartment- pass the word.

I'VE BEEN HERE FOR FIVE YEARS- PROBLEMS ON TOP OF PROBLEMS.

We stayed here at Woodridge Apartments for almost a year now and I have nothing but great to things to say. Maintenance comes when they say, the service fromthew office staff is superb and the neighbors are great. You want to move some where quiet and service is too priority this is the place.

Looking for professionalism great neighbors and excellent maintenance this is the place to be.

18250#103 If your looking for a nice place to live give Woodridge apartments a try. I've lived here for almost 2 yrs. And I love it . The staff are great, the grounds nice, they do things for the kids and adults. All kinds of parties. I enjoy being her and you will too.

This is my home right now...I have not had any problems with staff, maintenance or noise. I love living here and I feel safe and its locating in the heart of everything from a variety places to shop, restaurants to eat and the convenience of I-96 freeway just minutes away.

I have enjoyed living here at Woodridge for the past 7 years, awesome management staff and maintenance. Quiet property and accessible to shopping and dining out.

My fiance and I moved in here this summer and have liked the community a lot. Our only complaints have been poor lighting on some buildings at night, and very inconvenient parking. Some neighbors are loud or have habits that are annoying, but that comes with the territory of living in an apartment. We enjoy having both our dogs live with us and appreciate the office/maintenance staff(s) and their friendliness.

If you are looking for a place that is reasonable and affordable this is it. If you are looking for a quite place to call home this is it. So call the great staff at this apartment and inquire about living here.

the staff was most helpful and the apartment was nice with lots of room however, I needed laundry in the unit this was my alternative if I was unable to secure a place with laundry in the unit.

They only care about your money and how they can get more of it! I moved in because they gave me a month to month lease (at a premium cost). After the first 3 months they started pressuring me to sign a long term lease which I could not do. They kept raising my rent because I wouldn't. I paid my high rent and lived quietly. Then I needed to move out of state and they told me I had to give 2 months notice (on a month to month?????#. I gave them a date and my movers cancelled at the last minute so I couldn't leave and I got nastly threats on my voicemail and letters. I got new movers and left. Over 4 months later I get an outrageous call from a collection agency for extra charges of all kinds #suddenly they forgot my telephone number????). I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are looking for a nightmare!
