The management through this catastrophe that occurred 2/15 has been absolutely uncommunicative. There are people with severe damage and loss of service. There was no way to contact management. General letter of "we are working as quickly as humanly possible". Unacceptable. There should have been consideration of residents for restoration of service, repair schedule. Their response was "it is a national disaster", no tornadoes, hurricanes are national disaster. We offered to use wet/dry equipment to clean up 2 inches of water in bedroom. They said we have no equipment. This is poor excuse, not allowable hotel accommodations, Apartment is not liveable. Mold and Mildew will start in 48 hours. Health is not a concern. We were advised to use our personal insurance. We have $100,00 liability they will be able to draw on. Then it will be done cheaply. The maintainance is inadequate for this property . Do not rent here . We will not be allowed prorated rent even though we have had to be out for 15 days.

Cheap appliances, thin walls, not energy efficient, slow on maintenance request, old apartments with old appliances and not green friendly.

These apartments need a total makeover. Floors are warped terribly from water damage, carpet is beyond worn and old, everything is outdated. Air circulation is terrible, they flat out told us that the insulation is really old and that we just need to get black-out curtains or blankets to cover the windows. Our apartment wasn't cleaned before we moved in. Mold in the toilet, burnt food on the stovetop, horrible paint jobs around trim (probably to hide more mold). Management is not the friendliest. A lot of police around the area as well as a few gunshots heard. Amenities consist of 4 exercise machines and a pool that is too small to share with the community. A positive was the amount of space we got! Unreasonable charges at the end of move-out. Would not recommend, search elsewhere!

These apartments are older but the upkeep of the apartments has been wonderful. Love the management team especially Eva and I love when I need something fixed in my apartment they take care of it right away. Also the rent is very reasonable for this area.
I've lived here for 10 years and this present management and mantainence crew is the best yet, they are very quick to problem solve any issues

The service here is amazing so far. I'm very impressed with the management. That said, the apartments themselves, particularly the kitchen sink area in our unit, is in poor condition. It was moldy, rotting and bug-infested when we got here. Management did some pest control and mold prevention work, but the sink area just needs to be redone, in my opinion. If our unit has these problems, I reckon it's not the only one!

The apartments are roomy and priced right for what you receive. They are very quite no loud party'??s or noise. Beautiful green area in the back with a creek lots of ducks and wild life to watch.

recently our apts was hit with extremely bad storm which damaged my covered parking area, I think they are not giving enough information back when this will be repair, right now it is a hazard and should be immediately taken care of '??...especially when my car would have been the one damage if this structure had gone all the way '??..I am concern that this is not top priority
I have lived at this complex for 2.5 years. I really liked the location. The apartments are basic. We have several cracks in the walls of are first floor apartment. The buildings are old an poorly insulated. For A one bed room apartment are electricity bill is over 250 dollars every month. After are lease was up we had to pay an additional 334 per month for month to month. They tow cars in this complex every night. Spectrum is currently the only internet and cable offered.

I would recommend. It's a pretty clean place and the people who live here don't seem to be bad people or too loud like at many other complexes.

I would likely recommend. My only experience that began to be negative was toward the end when towing became a major problem. I myself was towed from my own apartment.

The two bedrooms are very open and spacious. They include washer and dryer! The staff have been super helpful and are very nice.

I like the community, the views, the apartments. The only thing I don?t like is the parking spaces are so limited. There?s never an space left close to the apartment. Since I go to work at 4:30am I don?t feel safe walking too far to my car. Otherwise I wouldn?t mind
