Property Ratings at Woods Edge
Woodsedge Apartments is a great placel to live nestled in the mountains of Asheville but close to stores and restaurants. This place is absolutely wonderful. Shelby the property manager has went above and beyond what we have asked and requestef her to do. Paige her assitant has also done the same. Brad and Dave have been so helpful in doing their jobs in maintenance too. Everyone works together to make this a great community to live and treats you like family. They aren't just out to collect the rent they seem to really care for their tenants. Shelby, the property manager and Paige went above their duties when it came to provide for us. We were in desperate need of a handicap apartment and they made a way for us to get one. Both Shelby and Paige are very friendly and exceptional at their jobs in helping people. If there are any issues they address them promptly and with enthusiasm. If you want a great place to live you won't be sorry to move to Woodsedge. The location of this complex is great. The size is perfect and the rent is very competitive.
First off, I love living in Asheville. It is the best place to raise my son and be able to enjoy the outdoors as well. Living in Woodsedge Apartments has been a pleasurable experience. I have been here for several years and plan on staying. The office staff are friendly. My apartment is spacious and quiet. I appreciate the room sizes and my large balcony. The pool has always been a favorite, especially for my son. Several reasons I plan to stay are for the gas stove, which I love; the space rooms, and the convenient location. For anyone looking to rent in the South Asheville area, Woodsedge Aparments are in a great location, yet, still surrounded by woods and tucked away off the main road for added privacy and a quiet atmosphere.
The location of the apartments are perfect. And the lease staff is great.
We have been living at WoodsEdge Apartments for about 2 years now, and it has been a great little starter apartment. The maintenance staff is always quick to fix a problem if one arises, usually same day even on weekends. The staff at the leasing office are always pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept and pet friendly. The apartments are a little older, built in the 80's I think, but are still nice enough. The new tenants are getting into renovated apartments though which is good. Overall, I've been pretty happy with my experience.
