I have lived here over a year and have been so happy during my stay. The apartment is spacious and cute, the community is friendly, and the management is great. I will be here for a long time!
I’ve been living here about 6 months and have really enjoyed it! It’s a great value for the cost of rent. I rent a 2 bed garden style and really enjoy the amount of storage the unit has including the storage unit in the basement! Great location as well!
Great place to live. The area is great, the grounds are expertly maintained and the office staff is very responsive and professional. It is just the right amount of space for me and my little fam! I have been here for almost 10 years and plan to stay even longer!
Great location. However, the buildings are old. Take apartment several complaints on some issues to get resolution. Appliance are old. Dishwasher is rusty. High pressure tactics to get you to renew lease.
I absolutely love living here! Woodsmill Park Apartments are a beautifully maintained property with phenomenal office staff. This property is perfectly tucked away in west county with immediate access to I40/Rte. 141 and easy access to many shopping centers and schools. The office staff are professional, prompt and happy to hear from you. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and the members of the community are friendly yet quiet. I don’t plan on moving any time soon!
Do not apply to this apartment complex. If you are approved to move in, even if you have not completed the process, and you change your mind they will cash your deposit check and not refund you the money. They stated that you have 72 hours to change your mind but that was not explained during the application process. Deceptive practices. Buyer beware.
Not a such good apartments and management people. This is 50 years old buildings. Waste of time and money to stay here. Lots of maintenance is another headache to buy after paying such high rent.
We recently have moved to woods mill apartments and have had a wonderful experience! All because of Coleen B, the manager. She is not only attentive to all new tenants problems and concerns, she is an incredible person that truly uses empathy in any challenge she encounters to help. We were so heartbroken to hear she was leaving woods mill she is that one of a kind manager that truly takes a place from being great, to being INCREDIBLE! Anyone who has her as a manager is truly lucky because of how great she is as a problem solver, truly giving honest great solutions, and a true advocate for tenants concerns.She will greatly be missed!

You will love coming home to Woods Mill Park! The grounds include mature trees and well-maintained open spaces and gardens. The floor plans allow for a comfortable, balanced living space. The units are styled with modern choices for carpet and paint. The clubhouse, pool, and exercise room are gorgeous. The staff provides friendly, prompt, and always professional service. I have been living here for five months and am extremely happy with my choice!
