Lived here 4 years We have lived here for about 4 years and it’s a convenient location I mean we are close to everything. The neighbors are cool. Only thing that I will say is that they change management a lot but everyone that I have been in contact with is very professional. Bre is great I never had a bad encounter with her. Our car got broken into but when I contacted management about the street light it was car of immediately. Overall our experience has been good.

Easy process to renew Renewing my lease was a simple process and was quickly handled. Only issue was the rent for my unit went up despite no differences in my amenities or apartment. I know that is typical for complexes but it is still an issue.

Mostly good I felt like the lease renewal was mostly easy and convenient. I still wish we didn’t have to pay for the garbage service that we don’t use. It would also be nice if there was some kind of discount or recognition for the 25 years that I have been living here.

Great Apartments My family has lived here for a few years to date. Tenants are friendly, front office has excellent customer service, maintenance does great repairs. I would give more stars but the rent cost is way too high.

I love the space and layout of the unit
I recently moved from Michigan to Indianapolis. Moving is a stressful situation, but everyone at Woods of Castleton were so very helpful to make sure I knew exactly what I needed to make moving seamless and pleasant. The helpful staff and kind residents have been amazing!
I love it here, so far. Its not been a week yet but everything was really easy. The apartment was very clean when I got the keys. Maintenance has super quick when I have needed something.

If you want to feel one with nature, this is your place! Other than that, do not move here. Leasing and maintenance staff will quickly tell you how things are not an emergency and for you to basically figure things out. I’ve lived here for 3 months and have had 4 birds inside of my apartment. 1 dead on my first day of move in, and 3 live birds literally flying around my apartment, chilling on my furniture in the middle of the day. When calling the maintenance line, the first thing I’m told is how it’s NOT an emergency, maybe try animal control, it’s too late for us to come out, etc. Any excuse. I have never lived anywhere where the staff has been so blatant with poor customer service and will complain to YOU the resident about them having to come out to do their job. The location is nice but not worth the lack of care or diligence from the people who oversee the property.
Everything about this place has been awful since day one. The office staff is rude, the maintenance is terrible. I have to beg to get things fixed. Of all the places I've lived this staff is the worst.

The location and interior is great, but I have had many issues with maintenance. My air has gone out twice and it has been a struggle to get it fixed. My apartment was over 80 degrees for 3 days before anything was done. I had to call multiple times and show up at the office just to get an update on what was happening. The assistant manager is apathetic, and unhelpful. I have never experienced issues like this at any apartment I've lived in.
