Property Ratings at The Woods of Marlton
Apartments are outdated and have mold issues. Many cars have been stolen and stolen cars are brought into the parking lot due to the gates being broken. Cars are also towed in “visitor parking areas”. Pool is rarely open in the summer. Safety is also an issue as there was a shoot out of some sort that had taken place about a month ago.
Safety and Security are becoming an issue here. They have security gates but they only worked for a month. Lights in the parking lot and outside the buildings are out causing the parking lot to be dark. We received a letter a couple of months ago saying that the gates were in the process of being fixed but as of today 6/24/2024 they are still NOT WORKING. Because of this there has been a increase in stolen cars, stolen tires, and cars broken into in the complex. Management need to fix the problems NOW.
The apartments are spacious and it’s in a great area. The only downside is that the apartments are very old and haven’t been updated probably since the apartments were built. The kitchen appliances and cabinets are very old and there are multiple layers of paint on them. The floors are peeling and stacked with old flooring as well. The front office was just recently renovated and is beautiful and it doesn’t match the apartments at all.

Moved in Dec 2022. Needed to be closer to family and a a good elementary school for my little one. Very convenient and the maintenance crew are super. Joseph at the leasing office has been very helpful and amazing.

Everything is wonderful about the Woods of Marlton!
The area it is located in is pretty safe for the most part; there was an incident about 2 years ago that was pretty bad. The apartments themselves are clean and the clubhouse where the leasing office is has a fitness room and a pool. The pool is pretty small and it is not always kept free of bugs, but with that said there are quite a few trees in the area. The neighborhood around the area does not have much to offer because of the location if you do not have a car do not move here.
I have lived here so far for about a year and a half the major points for this neighborhood are the free fitness center,every apartment home has a stackable washer and unit, and the neighborhood is really clean. For the price it is a pretty good deal the maintenance workers and leasing staff are all really friendly. The only bad thing so far that I have dealt with is the pool gets leaves and debris in it sometimes because we are located in the woods. Other than the pool thing this is a great neighborhood.
My daughter and I moved here after I left a bad relationship in 2001. I was there for a year and then bought a house. It was great, clean, no noise. I loved it. It was very spacious, dishwasher, washer/dryer. I absolutely loved it and was able to get in this program where it went according to your income. I don't know if it still has that program, but it was great and affordable for me.
