Absolutely thrilled with the staff here! They are always friendly and super helpful. The pool area looks gorgeous. It's a perfect spot for relaxing on the weekends. I also like how close we are to local shops and restaurants. I'm very happy with my choice and highly recommend living here!

I just have one word to describe this property, WONDERFUL. I love this property's immunities.... I enjoy working out every day at the gym. I would recommend this property to any and everyone that is looking for a place to live. The pool is always clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Not to mention the gym everyone respects everybody.
DO NOT VISIT/VIEW THIS PLACE AT ALL trust this review you will be VERY disappointed...they are worse than car salesmen at this run down complex. They will manipulate you into paying a $100 dollar application fee and $300 deposit by showing you a floor model apartment that is very nice than try to get you to sign a lease without you seeing the actual unit you will reside in. The units here are extremely run down, dated and roach infested. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST Erika or the office manager they are terrible people with no remorse, empathy or concern for others. The complex is the worse I have found in Houston run and run fast. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THAT ERIKA SAYS TO YOU she ruined Christmas for many. Instead of saying she had no updated units to rent she lied to me and said she did, had me pay an app fee and deposit, made me wait a week and showed me the nastiest place I've seen ever very disappointing, and then told me I couldn't get my security deposit back after she lied, and decieved me for a week about having a new and updated apartment just like the floor model I had viewed a week prior. I never moved in, I never signed a lease. The place is trash.
PROS: -The only pro I can think of is the location; proximity to Memorial City and lots of shops in the neighborhood. CONS: -Bad management and rude management staff (Jackie was a great manager but she didn't work there long). -Lots of stray animals - almost got bit once by a stray dog -The whole property is infested by roaches and rodents -People jump over the side fence to get in out out of the complex at night (safely concerns) -The people at the leasing office are extremely nice when you are new or a potential renter (Just wait until 3 to 4 months later) -Bee hive in the patio and all the windows. the maintenance said it was non emergency and refused to do something about it, so we never got to use our patio not windows I don't recommend moving here. It is very HORRIBLE!!!!! I was paying for a place I was not even living at!

A very small comunity with personable staff. after being here nearly a year, i feel like it is a great place for a small family, or one just starting off. they have a pool and a playground area for kids, which is usually well lit and always under servalence. Apt 207, carlos.
The staff here at woods of spring grove are very kind, they are intellectual, bilingual, very articulate and helpful. the buildings are older so they need maintenance from time to time, but the appliances are all new and maintenance is on call 24/7. The apartments are very family oriented and they work hard to keep it that way.
We have been living here for the past 4 months. The girls in the office are really nice... Know their job. Maintenance staff are sometimes little late to respond. This place has access to all major locations in Houston. Overall nice experience.
I love the new management. The girls in the office are so nice and kind. The concern for fixing things in a timely manner is amazing compared to the past. Also being able to report issues via resident portal is awesome. I can't wait for the new amazing looking pool to open. Thank you for your great work to make this property the best it's ever been! On another note, the animal policy is not being followed by some residents. The off leash animals is ridiculous and too many stray sick cats.
We have had mold in the apartment from the moment that we moved in, they just painted it over the first time we mentioned it. It came back and we mentioned it was getting worse but they did nothing about it. I've been here 10 months and it is still there. My lease expires on May 31st and they require a 60 day move out notice so I gave it to them and they asked why, I mentioned many things and the main thing was the mold they had yet to take care of, the assistant manager asked if we would renew our contract if they fixed it, I said sorry but there's no way, she responded with "Okay so I can know not to send out my maintenance guys." I was just utterly shocked and walked out. Our apartment was not ready when I moved in even though I gave them the deposit a month in advance. I'm not talking about just a few details they forgot, they had a whole piece of floor that still needed to be replaced. We had maintenance in and out for a week and a half. I will give the Property Management Owner a plus just because he did offer something to try and make up for it. There were roaches and mice from the start, I asked for the pest service they offer twice and they did not show up. Our sewers backed up one time after business hours when it was raining and there was literally human feces and used toilet paper coming out of the pipe right outside our front door. This also caused our master bathroom to start seeping out dirty water from the base, it flooded the bathroom and master bedroom floor. We tried calling emergency maintence and they told us that they would not come out because it was raining. Next morning they cleaned up outside but didn't fix anything inside our apartment. Couple weeks later the toilet started seeping out dirty water and fills the bedroom with a sewer smell. Reported this to maintenance and here we are months later with the same problem. I called the office one time during business hours (not lunch time) because I had a question and the phone would just keep ringing and no answer, after my second call I would just get a busy dial tone. So I decided to stop by the office, sure enough the assistant manager was there and she was talking to a maintenance worker I asked her why she didn't answer and why the phone sounded busy if she wasn't using it , she shamelessly admitted that she disconnected it and that it was because she was talking to that worker.
This property started off being great then it went all down hill. management is alright now but, before nobody knew what they were doing everyone got charged twice for their rent. well I was living in an apartment and the minuet I tell them I need things fixed they said well when you move then we will fix it up. ok I have been on this property for three years and just because my felony was 8 years old they decided they didn't want to work with anyone who has changed their life totally for the better and I don't think that is fair at all but, they will allow you to move in if you are a drug dealer and can pay your rent late or get a church to pay it that is just fine but, if you are a person who has a felony and have to work for a living but, never late on your rent you are not allowed to rent and stay on the property.
