I chose Woodside East Apartments when I first moved back from Korea because of its location and friendly management team. I’ve only had the best interactions even when things were difficult the interactions were amazing the team has been very professional in the past and I really appreciated the past team. I have not gotten a chance to know the current team except for Dan who is now still in maintenance who I adore and has been very helpful in every aspect. He’s friendly, he smiles, he says hello to my children, and really seems to care about what he’s doing. This makes a big difference to me when someone puts forth humanity and care especially in our current conditions. He has not forgotten how to be human and caring with his community people.

Woodside East is the nicest place I have ever lived. My apartment is truly beautiful, spacious, and functional. The office team, specifically the community manager Sarah is exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my move-in went smoothly and she went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome in my new home. The maintenance team is also phenomenal. They always instantly address my service requests and do an excellent job at repairs. I have recommended this community to all of my friends. Living here is the best decision Ive made!

Woodside East Apartments is a great place to live. The grounds, pools, common spaces are maintained in excellent condition. The office staff are always providing opportunities for residents to meet each other by having holiday parties (including activities for the kids) and summer barbecues. Maintence are quick, knowledgeable and very respectful of my pet and myself. I’ve lived here 12 years and am happy to call Woodside East my home.
