I just moved to Greenville and chose this complex after searching through around 10. Lived here for a couple months now and love it! A lot of young professionals and plenty of amenities, plus the maintenance team is prompt, respectful and great at their job!

Living in California and deciding to move across the country for the first time, I was in search of a place that was nice, safe, clean & that felt like home. Well, I found all these and more at Woodside 11! Also comes with a gym, secure mailing center and lots fun activities & a nice pool! Not to mention, a beautiful view of water & the sunset daily! I was drawn to apply not because it was the cheapest but, because I wanted to rent at a place where the management was nice as I know this is very important as well. I kept seeing this name pop up within the reviews within my apartment search. The name was/is Jackie. I didn't know this at the time however, when I received a call the next day, after applying at this apartments, a woman name, Jackie answer the phone, and I recognized it instantly! It was the Jackie that I've been reading about, and she lived up to the hype! She was so sweet and so nice and so genuine and personable, and made me feel really comfortable. She FaceTime to me to show the apartment and the view and answer all of my questions since I've never been in the area before I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision sight unseen. I ended up signing the lease that day and moved a week later I just re-signed my lease, and I'm really happy here! These apartments are about 2 miles outside of downtown Greenville, and close to everything! It is a perfect location and a perfect spot, and I couldn't be happier with where I was guided to be. The only thing I will say is that I wish my rent did not increase however, I was pleasantly surprised on how little it did for me! Im hoping $0 increase next time ?? other than that, there's absolutely no reason why this is not the best Apts in Greenville! It's such a fun luxury summer camp type of vibe! ??

Woodside offers comfortable, beautiful apartments with great views of the surrounding tree line. It’s a very quiet and safe place to live. Jackie is the best and is always there to help us with anything we may need!

We love living at Woodside Eleven. Conveniently located to freeways, schools, shops and Downtown yet it feels like we're living in the countryside. The community is quiet and friendly with plenty community activities organized by the staff. Jackie and Bradley are super friendly and always available to help with any query. The pool is a great focal point that brings plenty folk together, barbeque, sports tv, sun bathing. The grounds are well kept, and the maintenance staff are great at keeping everything working. The creek and the pond add the country feel and a nice walk down to the pond. The Amazon Hub is great for all those deliveries and the business centre is great for when you need a quick business meeting. We're new to the USA and thought this would be a good temporary stop while we settle down, but now I'm thinking we may just stay.

I’ve lived here for a year already and absolutely love it here. Woodside Eleven is so close to Downtown Greenville and a great location. Jorden in the leasing office is super nice. She’s always taking care of any issues I have. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice community in Greenville.

Woodside 11 is very nice. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. I have been here a few months and as far as apartment living goes Woodside 11 is amazing. There are always some negatives with apartment living like hearing your neighbors above you but overall the amenities and the dog friendly environment make up for it. Great location close to everything and everyone is so friendly!

Unless you're living on the top floor and on the end of a building you're going to be bombarded by noise from all directions. Upstairs neighbors footsteps sound like an Apache war drum above your head and if you complain you're going to be gaslighted by the staff. Regardless of if you live on the top floor, you will constantly not only hear but literally *feel* your neighbors slamming their front doors. Big heavy front door - great - but when the apartments are built like a wish.com dollhouse, the entire breezeway shakes when the door slams closed. Did I mention the doors are designed to slam closed on their own? Generally nice looking but very cheaply built. Nails sticking out of odd places in the molding. Random bits of molding don't line up, leaving gaps. Leaky refrigerator. Cabinet doors feel like you could sneeze a little to hard at them and crack them. Too expensive, noisy, cheaply built. Don't waste your money here.

The apartment complex upon review is stunning but what really enjoyed was the tour given by Jackie. She went above and beyond with helping us. Woodside 11 is the perfect community for me. The grounds are so pretty with a lake on their property and they have all the amenities you could ask for! I have been living at Woodside since Mid July and I am absolutely in love with this apartment complex! It is so close to the busy downtown life but when you come back home it’s quiet and peaceful! Jackie one of the leasing agents has been so helpful since I have moved down here from Wisconsin. She will drop everything in order to help you with whatever you need. One thing I absolutely love is how much time she puts into the events for the community to allow us to mingle with our neighbors and get to know them!

I’ve lived at Woodside for over four months now. My over all experience here has been absolutely amazing! The moment I entered the club house I was welcomed by Jackie (one of the leasing agents) She instantly started to help me find the right apartment building suited best for my family’s needs! The location is absolutely key! Right by down town so you can enjoy the city legit just 5 minutes from it!! but still far enough to where it is very peaceful and relaxing. The whole management here really looks after everyone and stays very active with the renters which I find truly refreshing.
