Midwest City is a medium-sized suburb located about eight miles east of Downtown Oklahoma City. This planned community sits directly north of Tinker Air Force Base, making it an ideal suburb for military personnel. Most of Midwest City consists of residential neighborhoods holding affordable apartments and single-family homes for rent.
There are many events, celebrations, and places of cultural interest in and around Midwest City. One event is the “Made in Oklahoma Wine, Beer and Food Festival” held annually in May. This event includes a motorcycle show, live music, food, and drinks from local vendors as well as an air show. For military buffs, there is a display of several retired Air Force Fighter Planes located on 29th Street across from the military base. Additional green spaces in town are located along Soldier Creek and provide playgrounds, trails, and picnic facilities.

Property Ratings at Woodside Village
DO NOT MOVE HERE.....EVER!!!! This is the 14th TIME My daughter Apt has flooded in around 3 years! They didn't even get all the water out last time, she had too! They have NEVER gotten the carpet changed out and she keeps losing furniture! By the time she gets clothes washed and ready to get the house resettled, SHE FLOODS AGAIN! Her upstairs neighbor is going through same thing and it busts walls in pipes, then floods her apt downstairs. They don't take responsibility for getting it ALL cleaned up, don't give her any kind of credit toward her rent, NEVER offered to put her in another apartment....NOTHING!! NOW her and kids beds are all wet and nowhere to sleep! THEN REMOVE MY COMPLAINT ON THEIR PAGE. I want to know WHO DO I REPORT THEM TO?? AND......while I am venting.....Their system automatically posts a late fee $75 as of the 3rd of the month knowing most of the renters get paid on the 3rd or after. They don't have enough time to get rent paid before end of the 3rd. It used to be on the 5th which was no problem. They changed systems this year, so they have to go to CVS, WALMART ETC to pay the rent. So get ready to pay $75 more than what they tell you for rent if you are stupid enough to move there.
The proprietor and managment company care more about keeping investors happy than the quality of life in the complex. I've had my apartment photographed multiple times for assessments, my sewage has overflowed at least once a month for over a year, the dumpsters are always full of non residents furniture and yard clippings, management has a high turn over rate, and the property is falling apart. With that said, rent is reasonable and they are pet friendly. The maintenance crew is overworked and still they fix what they can as fast as they can! Its quite mostly, and they have a medical Marijuana clause now that does not allow it on the property at all. They do not honor the referral reward promised on the website, I wont be renewing my lease.
The aparment complex is quite. The entire staff are always ready to help and are very professional and friendly. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and a full size washer and dryers in the apartment. The washer and dryer came with the apartment.
Just moved here supposed to be newly remodeled, toilets had to be snaked already, kitchen sink disposal sounds like your grinding steel up in it, the tile floors are not even so you have to be careful, like I have a walker so I have to lift it over the bad tile.you never know when you're gonna have hot water because some days its Luke warm no matter how long you run it, then you might get burned from it being scorching hot. They came and unclogged the toilets. I was told they might get to 1 I said no both, I won't be walking around in toilet water. I told my daughter we should have gone some place else.
