However, there are plenty of places to go in town when you feel like getting out of the house.
Saint Peters boasts 25 parks and 20 miles of paved pedestrian trails in addition to numerous playgrounds and athletic fields. Saint Peters’ 370 Lakeside Park stands out as the city’s largest park, spanning 300 acres with a 140-acre lake perfect for boating, fishing, camping, and more.
If you’d prefer options for indoor fun, Saint Peters’ has plenty of that as well. Saint Peters is home to the largest mall in the county, Mid Rivers Mall, which touts more than 160 shops, along with dining options and a 14-screen theater.

Property Ratings at Woodstone Apartments
The rent price and the fees are not worth it to live here! I promise! Terrible terrible management of the pool (I wasn’t able to use it once) I work remotely and was often disrupted because of unreasonably loud music and people literally SCREAMING at the top of their lungs. This would happen as early as 11am and continue through closing time at 9pm and some people wouldn’t even leave at pool close time. Even noise cancelling headphones were useless. Throughout the year and a half we lived there someone kept smoking in a lower unit and we would come home to a smelly apartment at least a couple times a week and the leasing office didn’t do much when we called and complained. The fees to break the lease are ridiculous (yes we did sign on that but that doesn’t negate its absurdity) and you’re better off living in a cardboard box than living here! Please save yourself the time and just avoid this place altogether
My son had this apartment complex as his #1 option for a 2 bedroom/2bath apartment. We visited at the end of March and put his name on waiting list for an apartment in October. They have already increased the cost by $200/month. Renter beware...they are price gouging and will raise your rent at a despicable rate.
