My wife and I has been living here for 2 years and so far the place, the apartment and the management has been great. They have help us quickly on every problem or issue we had so far. The location is close to different schools, department stores, restaurants and about 15 to 20 minutes away from the BMW plant.

I've been living here for 3 years, it's a good and affordable place to live, considering the location and the cost of other places to rent around here. Maintenance has always been available when I have needed something, as well as the manager. They have always been very respectful and kind, and I'm pretty sure many people agree with me??

The property is in a beautiful and quiet area, but your life will be miserable if you come here. Maintenance is the worse. They never fix anything, and when they do it's because the tenant has reported the same issues multiple times. I have never been able to use my bathroom on the second floor because it doesn't work and when I told maintenance he check it and said it was fine but when I try to use it didn't flush. My cabinets are old and in pretty bad shape, so much that one of the doors fell off when my wife opened it. We kept reporting it, so the maintenance guy went and he put a screw. At this point it has more than 30 screws and pieces of wood everywhere to hold it up but it looks ugly and unsafe. Some doors won't close so my wife and I decided not to use it, because she's afraid it might fall off. The play ground is in bad shape with broken steps and rust on the slide. The pipes are old and in poor condition. They get clogged all the time and water seeps through the ceiling. The floor is low quality and If you move any type of furniture it will break. The laundry is disgusting, it is always dirty and wet. The washing and drying machines break down all the time and they fix them after several months. Beside that some dryers wouldn't heat so is a waste your money and time.

Do not come here, the manager is annoying, she gossips in the office with one of the maintenance workers, this guy keeps on vijilating and then harassing with his nonsensical rules. They want to make the tenants comply with the rules and they cannot maintain these apartments one can hear the neighbor walking because the floor is on skis the windows do not close well the air conditioning does not cool on the second floor ... I bought a stove because they They didn't want to put one. One day my husband got mad and told them to bring a stove that worked. The miserable ones brought one and removed my stove and the cable from my stove put it to the stove they installed. Another thing all the other apartments they replace the blinds these people do not have blinds until toast they are old and with nothing they break do something not just grab your money. Another thing they put any people on weekends there is no rest here the neighbors make parties they put horns until 2 in the morning. And the manager says that nobody says anything. Change that manager and that maintenance man who is a bad face one day I accuse my son that he stole a cell phone from a cable technician. These people are hostile. May 5/20
The office manager is horrible. She’s rude when she wants to be towards the tenants. The floors squeak, the appliances are outdated, the outside window frame is peeling and rusting. They have YET to fix that. Rent goes up every lease renewal and THEY DONT update anything unless it breaks. Prepare for your power bill to be at least 200$, usually more, during the summer months because of poor insulation and old air units. On the bright side, maintenance is very nice and always fixes your problems within the first day or two. And the area surrounding is nice and quiet.
The walls are real thin. You can hear your neighbors walking up and down the stairs. The stairs sound like you are going to fall through them. The ac units are ancient and you will be paying the cost for the lack of update. Every time you renew your lease the price goes up but yet you get no updates in your apartment. The paper work they give you upon moving in is very unprofessional. On numerous occasions i would fill out a form i was required too and then the lady in office would say she does not have it. They are always trying to find a way to get more money out of you. Always paying your rent on time and keeping your apartment in good order is not enough. They will nickel and dime you no matter what kind of tenet you are.
The place needs work! The pictures posted are the pictures of the show case apartment! 2-3 bedroom apartment have stairs that squeak. You can hear your neighbors going up the stairs and walking around up stairs and they will NOT fix them!! My downstairs stays cold in the winter and hot in the summer-there are cracks rant let your heat and air out, increasing your electric bill in the process. They won't fix that either! Other than that, it's an ok area to stay in and for the most part, peaceful. You have a roof and water, guess yoi can't complain about that!
