They charge excessively for common problems when you leave the apartments, I have to pay $645 dollars for various items, including a general cockroach problem for $250, there are cockroaches from the beginning, we have been fighting them since the first week and now it turns out that we caused the problem. Neighbors have told us that they also have cockroaches, it is not a unique problem. It is an abuse to charge $250 for a problem that they must solve by sending someone to fumigate periodically and they don't do it, but they do charge for the service every month.

Thank you for reaching out. According to our records, there was never a service request for roaches, and nothing was notated on your move-in inspection form. However, we did have to charge a roach cleanout fee to move out due to an infestation. Please contact our office to discuss this further.
We toured about 10 apartment complexes before deciding on Woodwind Village. As soon as we walked in the office, it felt like home. The ladies in the office were friendly. There was even a resident in the office at the time and she told us how happy she was living here. Everything has been great. They have events for us and they’re kid friendly. We also like that we have our front porch and balcony.

This is a great place to call home. This place is tucked away, but close to everything. Pet friendly. I will definitely renew my lease. The price was a few dollars more than the ones in the area, but for the space I had, it’s worth it. I even have a fire place AND washer and dryer! The office ladies are nice and the maintenance guys are cool. I even called them at 3 am one time for my ac and someone came out to fix it.

Initially moving in was a difficult time following a divorce. Michelle provided me personalized attention, and ensured my transition was smooth into the community. Interacting with Management and Maintenance was always professional and top notch. Coming from the service industry myself, I truly appreciate when those providing services strive to meet and exceed expectations. For the last several months, Angelica, the Assistant Manager complex has always answered questions promptly and has been fast acting for any of my needs. My family and I just moved in to this apartment a few weeks ago, but so far we really like it. The Woodlands itself is so beautiful, and our unit backs up onto a treeline owned by the property, so it's here to stay! The location is also very convenient to shopping, grocery stores, etc., and it's very easy to get to downtown Houston via I-45 or the Hardy Toll Road. The office staff has also been very helpful and kind in getting us set up. The only cons so far are mainly related to the building itself being rather old (built in 1984). So there is definitely some wear in the trims, cabinets, etc. It has been remodeled since construction, but it is by no means a brand new unit. However, the apartment is very cozy and so far we are very happy here.
I've lived here for almost 4 years. It's a great complex with a responsive staff. Though I have had a few personal property issues, overall it has been a pleasant experience.
Great place that does not make you feel as though you live in an apartment community. Four units per building. Office management is very caring and sees to your maintenance request be met as soon as possible. Friendly community. They offer activities and gatherings for community residents. Near by walking and biking trails. Variety of restaurants, Shopping Stores, Movie Theaters, Parks around the area. Just Got to Love IT!!
