The Birthplace of Hip Hop

I've lived in this building for over 20 yrs and must say, the building has improved drastically. Very spacious rooms and decent closet space. Overlooking the balcony is a gorgeous skyline of Washington Heights in Manhattan and the Harlem River. There's a bus stop directly in front of the building and you can catch the Metro North that is less than 5 minutes away. There's private parking, a laundry room and Community Room. With the help of the maintenance crew and the superintendent hallways, staircases and the elevator are always kept clean. Plus, just a few minutes away is Yankee Stadium. There's nothing more Bronx than that!
