Situated in sleepy central Connecticut, Rocky Hill welcomes renters to a close-knit community. With a convenient location just 10 miles south of Hartford and 30 miles north of New Haven along the Interstate 91 corridor, it’s a popular place to call home for those who work in Downtown Hartford or the nearby Aetna headquarters. Since it’s also midway between Boston and New York City and just a short drive to southern Vermont, Rocky Hill also sees its fair share of tourists, who often stop to gas up their cars or get a bite to eat. The Connecticut River follows the town’s eastern boundaries, offering many warm-weather activities for residents just steps from their apartments.

Property Ratings at Worthington Apartments
Cute apartment ... BUT My son rented for a year here and the people upstairs from him had two children that were ALWAYS running and jumping around. When he spoke to Carolina (leasing agent/property manager) she had the maintenance man put insulation in the ceiling. Did not help. My son was told to keep a journal of when the pounding happened and for how long. On two incidences the people upstairs called the police because they had said that there was to much noise from him...police went to his front door, noticed there were no lights on, no noise and left ( according to the police report). The second was when they called RHPD complaining AGAIN of loud noises. police went to the front door, no answer, went to backdoor from inside the basement pounded for several minutes waking him up to tell him he needs to keep the noise down.....he was sound asleep. Spoke face to face with Carolina and she told us that he needs to keep his surround sound down and that his television is too loud ... he has neither of those electronics. She also told him that she has received photos from the same people that their lamps have been knocked over because of so much noise that he was making. We informed her and, reminded her that he was in the basement apartment, the ceilings are a drop ceiling and physics does not work that way. Her attitude was: ' I can just not renew your lease'. My son has NEVER been late on his rental agreement and sometimes even waits weeks for his check to clear with his bank. She will not renew his lease; he has found a great place now and has put the deposit on it. She will not allow him to move out before the end of April, making him pay for Aprils rent and potentially (like with many agencies) will not return his deposit. There has been no damage and he keeps his place VERY clean. Do not rent from her or at the least ... we are seeking damages for retaliation and harassment. Be careful!!!!
