Property Ratings at Worthington Glen
Make sure that you know what you are signing and what they try and pull out of their hats if you try and do a lease payout especially. Make them number all pages of your lease and such as 3 of 5, etc. Make them specify everything in writing. Ask questions and I repeat, get EVERYTHING in writing. Leave nothing to chance because some people are just not honest and that begins with a lousy corporate Reps of "Gross Residential". Terrible Management and extremely rude. You sure can believe all of the bad reviews here. Do not take them for granted. I am certain that there have been plenty more awful experiences that just were not reported here.

Hello, we apologize if you felt caught off guard in any way. However, our team abides by the terms of our lease, which are agreed upon by all residents, and we are happy to answer any questions that they may have. We would also like to mention that we value our reviews and use them to help us resolve any concerns that arise whenever possible. If you have any further questions for us at this time we are available to speak with you directly at your convenience.
I don’t know where to start - Crystal and her team here at WG are absolutely incredible!! When a manager cares, it truly shows and that’s definitely the case with immaculate grounds and extremely clean move in ready apartments. They go above and beyond to provide the most amazing service while making sure you’re taken care of before having to ask. I have lived in many proprieties where Mgt neglects their grounds, units, etc - however, Crystal, the office team, and maintenance team all jump in to help as needed. My husband and I were in a pinch for needing to move rather quickly and they went above and beyond. She allowed us to see a unit very similar to ours and made sure we knew what we were getting - and when I tell you my apartment was immaculate at move in- I’m not lying! I wasn’t even asked to write this review (dead serious) but when you experience customer service at this level, you just HAVE to brag!! You’re going to want to move in, and if you’re waiting for availability, there’s a reason why!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our team here at Worthington Glen! We’d like to thank you for the kind words and we’re excited to welcome you and your husband to our community. If there is anything we can do for you, please give us a call.
Out of every place that I have rented, this is the worst. For starters, they put a reoccurring PET FEE on our account that was a $200 charge instead of the $20 pet rent. It took me writing an email 4 times and then finally calling the front office to get an answer about the ants that were coming in to our apartment because the across the hall neighbors kept leaving their trash out and nothing was being done about it. And lastly, the apartment manager Lisa is horrible. Packages had been taken from my door and we can ask about it on a community wall. Well I put on the wall that it was the third time it had happened in a weeks time and she denied my comment saying it was because my apartment number was on my posting. She said that she was now the one taking over the review of the postings and the previous posts were when she was not the one reviewing them. But when I clearly showed her pictures of pother comments that she had approved, that day and two weeks prior, containing apartment numbers, she then said she had not approved those posts. Completely contradicting herself. I told her that I was going to post on all apartment sites about her lies and that people need to be prepared to pay for a PO Box if they plan to live at Worthington Glen and then she requested a meeting because apparently what she was saying she no longer wanted documented in email. All she wants to do is pilfer through comments as to not have any bad ones come up on the community wall. This conversation between her and I prompted her to send out an all resident email stating what the posts needed to say about missing packages since I took screenshots of posts she had approved and sent them to her. After I did this, she went in and deleted every single posting that had apartment numbers pertaining to missing packages. I would not live here if I were being paid to do so knowing what I know now.
I have had a horrible experience living here at Worthington Glen. Starting with the day we were supposed to move in and couldn't because the lady doing our leasework said there wouldn't be enough time to go over it before they closed (it was 4:30 and they closed at 6) meaning we had to haul everything back and wait another day to move in, to being told that they saw someone smoking on my balcony and if it happened again I'd be kicked out (to clarify, never have smoked anything and I live here with my 1 year old.) When I asked if they had a picture or something, thinking that I could point out they had the wrong building or floor because it wasn't me, I was given a snooty reply and told again they wouldn't hesitate to kick me out. Oh, another thing about that- we weren't even town the day they said they saw this. Nobody else has a key. So just clearly idiots working here. They periodically get a tow truck to drive around the parking lots looking for reasons to ticket you- like not having a parking permit. THERE ARE NO PARKING PERMITS HERE. But now I have a giant sticker that won't come off my windshield for not having something that doesn't exist. Great. I've had a horrible experience living here, and I can't wait to leave.
Date: 05/21/2016 The walls are made with no insulation and it is impossible to get any sleep living at Worthington Glenn Every Friday and or Saturday nights the neighbors arrive between 12 midnight and 2 AM in the mornings of the Saturday and or Sunday. They start making noise stomping across the floor and start the bath water. Then move furniture across the floor. This happens until the sun is coming up. The neighbors sometimes put there dog outside on the porch in the middle of the night and it sounds like they are hitting the dog and it starts yelping. Drivers start arriving home on weekend nights at midnight and this continues threw 3 am, normally this would no be a problem but there are noisy trucks, motorcycles speeding threw and hitting the speed bump outside your bedroom window during those hours and making it impossible to sleep. This is happens every Friday or and Saturday night. We have had 2 separate upstairs neighbors and both made a habit of leaving there patio door open so there dogs can use the patio for a bathroom. What happens when there dogs use there patio’s for bathrooms it falls down on our patio chairs and our patio which makes it impossible to use. The last neighbor we had dumped a bucket of water on the deck when we were sitting on the deck and it started leaking threw on us while we trying to sit on our deck. The previous neighbor use to dump her containers of liquids over the patio onto our patio on a consistent basis so we were unable to use the deck. The previous neighbors grandson use to wash his genie pigs cage out on the patio without concern about it draining down on our patio. I made complaints to Worthington Glenn Management with no response received to the violations being committed according to Worthington Glenn Regulations. Worthington Glenn regulation violations are not tolerable and we would have not moved in there if we new this activity was tolerated.
I am one of those people that rarely takes reviews to heart because I thought only people who have bad experiences write bad reviews. Well, I wish I had taken them more seriously. Everything was great until move out. Love the building, maintenance is great, value is on point, ect. When we moved out, we were unable to be present for move out inspection due to life circumstances. We were told we could obtain the move out inspection findings first thing Monday morning. This, however, took all week to acquire. Once we received them, the apartment's claimed our pet did lots of pet damage. We were with our dog 90% of the time and when we weren't, he was in the bathroom locked up. There is no way there was damage done and us not have known it. The carpet was pulled up for the damages to be found. We disputed the damage and asked for the apartment to provide where the damage was done in the room. The regional didn't even argue and immediately wrote off half of the damages. This made us suspicious because if there were really damages and you had to replace the carpet (that they pulled up anyways) why would you accept minimal money right away without standing your ground? We thought we were done with everything and boy where we wrong. We had to leave the apartment due to unforeseen circumstances and asked for the apartment to be subleased. At the end of the second month, we were told someone was approved and would be moving in on a Monday. When they moved in were received confirmation that they had received the keys and paid the rent amount. We received a revised statement which showed that we owed for 4 days that the new tenants were already living in the unit. We e-mailed and asked why we were being charged when someone else was already living in the unit. The question was never answered and we were told yet again we were responsible for the dates. We responded and asked why we were responsible and we wanted insight to this. At that time, we were told that they weren't going to argue with us and that they did away with the amount owed. We were not arguing and that was only our 2nd e-mail asking a simple question or insight into the bill. There business practices are sketchy. Be present for your move out inspection, watch your bill, and I wouldn't recommend moving in with a pet. I have another friend with a similar experience. Beware!
I loved living at the Worthington Glen Apartments! I was there almost 4 years and was sad to leave! The apartment itself was beautiful and so comfortable to live in. The staff at the leasing office is so friendly and very helpful! Also the maintenance crew worked very hard and are very professional. If you are looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient place to live this is it! It didn't take long for my one bedroom apartment to feel like home! I miss living there already and I just moved out!
This is a beautiful setting with the hills of Tennessee surrounding you. Lovely swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor grills & volleyball sand court. Conveniently located to the interstate. I was so impressed with the quick response of maintenance, when I had to call concerning our patio door that wouldn't lock due to new construction settling. Friendly personnel and truly a place you can call home.
I absolutely love Worthington Glen apartments. Friendly staff, excellent location. One bedroom is perfect size for me. Rent is very reasonable. Definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new apartment.
Worthington Glen Apartments are conveniently located off of 65 in a beautiful rural setting with a panoramic view of the breathtaking hills of Tennessee. The grounds are well maintained with a pool, fitness center, grills & a sand volleyball court! With an incredibly friendly front office, I had to call maintenance due to new construction settling & was impressed with how quickly they responded to our call. It is truly a place you can call home!
We like the lay out at Worthington Glen. The bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious and have ample storage. The grounds remind me of walking thru a park, which is why I enjoy walks with the dog. It is also is close to the freeway, feels very safe and everything is within distance. Would refer Worthington friends and family.
The grounds look picturesque and they have a nice common area with an outside fireplace, lounge area and they also have a pool table. We renewed our lease because we are so happy here and the apartment actually feels like home. The management team were quick to respond to a concern we had.
My wife and I just recently moved into our new appartment. The staff has been beyond helpful and our neighbors have been friendly. The Pool and workout room are great and I can see us using them all the time. We both love the ability to look out our window and see scenic country but being able to quickly reach work, shop, or eat at the usual places. I used to live near I 24 and the traffic was always horrible. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. We pay less than what I was paying for a two bedroom in Smyrna and there is more space and an open design.
This is a great complex if you work in the Franklin/Nashville area, but don't want to pay Franklin prices. The common areas are extremely clean and the property surrounding the buildings is very well maintained. It's a couple minutes from route 65 making it very convenient, but far enough that you don't hear the traffic. Spring Hill is a very nice area, lots of construction happening as they add more shops and neighborhoods, but it's still exceptionally affordable. The staff is great, always able to help and very quick to do so as well as very accommodating if you have an irregular schedule and give them enough notice. Getting approved for a lease was quick and painless, for my partner and I it took less than 3 days before we had started the process and were approved. There have been other reviews about the company and their practice of pulling up the carpets when you move out - this is only done if you have pets, which these apartments do allow. Additional perks are the in-suite washer/dryer, large pool, playground, beach volley ball court, common entertainment room, 24 hour gym, and non-smoking units. In all I would definitely recommend Worthington Glen to anyone looking for an apartment in the Williamson/Maury county area.
I'm very impressed by the friendly staff, clean environment, and the 'safe' feeling I get having a wife and baby. Surrounding community is also super nice, has a small-ish feeling, and is comfy. Pretty darn good place.

This complex is so beautifully maintained. It is quiet, the landscapes are well-manicured and the pool area has a "resort" feel. The apartments are spacious and maintenance is awesome! They come out so quickly! It's close to any kind of shopping you desire yet off of the main road so you can take quiet walks. I love it here!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a wonderful review, Mrs. Curtis. We definitely enjoy having you here!
The management and staff, including maintenance, are very respectful, friendly, and respond quickly to maintenance issues. I have recommended this location to others. The grounds are kept very neat and daily cleanup insures that it stays that way. Most residents are friendly and there are people of all ages to talk to. The pool is well maintained and this location allows easy access to the parkway which connects to the interstate highway in less that 5 minutes. All shopping areas are within 15 minutes or less and major restaurants are also in the area.

I have lived at Worthington Glen for almost a year. I have loved it so far, and love the community as a whole. The amenities are amazing, and so is the apartment office. If I need anything they are there to help me!!

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We have enjoyed having you here and hope your pleasant experience continues!!
This is my first ever apartment & I could not be more pleased! It is so quiet & safe! I was already worried I would be in an apartment & hear every little thing. The campus is beautiful as well! Lawns are well!
Great apartment. Most apartments are new and come with washer and dryer. 2 miles from a Kroger where you can catch a bus into Nashville. 15 minutes from Cool Springs/Franklin. Family and pet friendly. Amazing pool, game room, business center, and out door area that has an outdoor fireplace. Far enough from the city to be affordable but close enough to still enjoy it. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else because this is the place you want to be!

We absolutely appreciate your review and hope you continue to enjoy living at Worthington Glen!
I've lived here for almost 3 years and I've had an excellent experience. The apartments are roomy and overall the space seems to be well used throughout. The maintenance and leasing office staff has always been very friendly and willing to help, especially Alicia, Laura, Robert, Kevin, and Stan. The landscaping and amenities are nice, though I do think the pool and gym are a bit small for this big of a complex. And we could use a second dumpster. It's reasonably priced for what all you get for sure, but rent has gone up each renewal year for me so far. Either way I've been pleased so far!

Thank you so much for your review! We are so happy you have enjoyed your living experience and hope it continues!!
first off I had no problem Spring! she was amazing! I am giving it a 1 star because of the dishonesty! I rented a 3bdr 2 bath, for me and my family, we have a cat who is litter box trained and extremely antisocial. we rented for 8 months before relocating. yes we broke lease and I knew fees would be acquired. HOWEVER I am an extreme clean person, and very demanding about things example no food or beverages away from the kitchen or table. we ate over a mat to avoid any carpet accidents. I am very clean about things at any point in time you could come into my house with KIDS and find it extremely clean! Upon moving out I sanitized and cleaned from top to bottom again, even down to washer/dryer/dishwasher( which hardly used as it was horrible about cleaning anything) any and all nail holes I applied putty and primer paint. I cleaned all windows baseboards as well.. when I got our final move out inspection I am informed that carpet had urine and food stains all over. When I called to ask about this ( I called Alicia 3 times) I finally got Alicia is really busy right now and she leaves at 5 can she call you tomorrow it will be a better time for her... I called the first time at 1230-1245.. I also contacted corporate (which still has yet to return my call). I did this all on Monday when I got the letter in the mail. When Alicia did call me back she informed me that maintenance does the inspection of property and they pull up all carpet to look for stains and that she is just he middle man... umm really??? first off shampooing your carpet can leave a stain, spilling water can leave a stain, and what about when the windows leaked?? I noted on my initial report of purple stains on the living room carpet. the staff didn't come and clean this I did, never once did anyone inquire about it to me! so did I make the stains I believe NO, technically I should of had new carpet when I moved in! and I know it was a family before me with small children as well! Here it is 3 days later and still no return call from corporate offices... Alicia also tells me they pull the carpet up in every apartment..I don't believe this for one minute. BUT beware potential renters ask them to pull up all carpet in the presence of you so you can see exactly what is under it, I am going to fight this,I have been a renter for 20 years and NEVER had an issue.
Beautiful pool and staff left open after labor day
Upon my interest in this complex I called to request an appointment to view their complex and model unit. As I made the call, it rang twice, the line picked up and then ended. As a previous receptionist I know mistakes happen sometimes when answering the phone so I placed my call again and the same thing happened. Frustrated, I called a third time and this resulted in a busy dial tone. I am a long time renter and am used to a typical long "we are currently answering other lines but please leave a message at the end of the tone" answering service followed by a lot of "if you are a current resident" information. Unfortunately, without this service I was left to attempt calling this complex repeated throughout the day. I tried using their online "contact us" option which told me that someone would be in contact with me shortly (false). I finally was able to make it through to someone and relay my request of appointment. They said, "Oh, you don't need an appointment to look at a unit, just drop by anytime." Why wouldn't this information be posted on their website? I hadn't ruled out this complex completely until the following day when I finally got a response to my online "contact request." Laura called me in response to my request in which I had detailed my inconvenience with their phone lines. Her apology was insincere and denied wholeheartedly that someone would ever hang-up an answered line. I explained that as we are in the 21st century it is costmary to either have an answering service or a "hold" option. She flatly apologized like she didn't care and then asked, "Well do you want the information about our complex?" Completely disinterested now I told her that I had already received the information yesterday. She said, "Oh, okay" and hung up. Hands down the worst receptionist and terrible service I've received. Way to sell your services, Laura, you must be doing A+++ work for your complex. They are lucky to have you.
Don't move here. I'm in #24-20* and if the owners aren't too busy building more units perhaps they should take care of the current occupants.
Let me start with the positive parts. The office staff cannot be beat- they're the nicest, most polite, most professional people you can hope for. The maintenance team are professional and competent (more on how I know this later.) The landscaping is lovely, the pool is beautiful, the fitness room is really great and convenient. There is a game room and a business room that are also lovely if you are inclined to use them. The location of the apartments is away from main roads, and *will* be a very peaceful place. Which leads me to some of the more negative parts. First, the noise. This site is still under construction. They are working on the last of the buildings, and construction starts at 7am. Construction vehicles of all sizes cause some of the buildings to rattle with their loudness. Second, a lot of the "required maintenance" (filter changes, certain inspections, and other things) are done in bulk. You cannot ask them to work around your schedule or reschedule at all. They show up when they show up, regardless of you being home or not. This situation is not good for anyone working nights, and I can imagine is inconvenient for parents of small children. Third, these buildings were built very quickly. They are beautiful and the layouts are excellent, but the speed that was used to build them results in a LOT of small, inconvenient issues within the apartments themselves. It is easy to report these things to maintenance (you can use an online form) and they respond quickly and do a great job, but it's a hassle. The paint that they used is a matte paint, and works like a chalkboard- pretty much anything brushing against them will scuff the paint. Overall, this is a great apartment complex with great potential. I would be willing to bet that a review of the same apartments in 2 years time will be completely positive and will have all of these issues resolved, but for now, be aware.
