Horrible management, always sound like they want to help but are useless. Take forever to do maintenance work. I've had a broken window (which they broke over a year ago) Still not fixed. Had someone come check and said all my windows basically need replaced. Window drafts horribly. Also, the pool hasn't been open but maybe 5 days all summer. They can't figure out the chemicals. Interesting how every pool in the area has been open all year and yet they can't figure out how to balance the levels. How about the money we pay in rent be used to have a professional come and maintain the pool. ?

They will take advantage of you and not fix issues ever. My work orders (that I put when I moved in months ago) have all been ignored for months even after emailing, calling, and going into the office multiple times. There are mice in the building and they will only send out an exterminator on Thursday and just make you risk your health until then. Who knows if the problem will ever be solved. I literally had to threaten the office workers to give me my mailbox key after living here for months. The property itself wouldn’t be to bad if they would just do some general upkeep at all.

The AC in the apartment has been broken for over 3 weeks. When I first opened the work order, the office sent a representative who barely looked at the unit and I did not hear anything back for days. I had to make multiple calls to the office to finally find out that they cannot fix my AC anytime soon. With outside temperatures rising and mold building up in the basement and bathroom, I have to stay at my son’s house until they can finally fix my AC unit. Again, it’s been 3 weeks, I am 70 years old with a medical condition and have not had not 1 courtesy call from the association or maintenance team to give me a status. All the calls I make to the office are pointless because I do not get any info.

I hope you find this review helpful. Since September 2021, several in-person reports have been made about the heather not working. Also, I sent email communications, and no reply from the company. During the last 14 days, I spoke with various employees, and the heater has not been fixed. In my last conversation on Saturday, October 29, 2021, an employee stated that they do not have enough maintenance employees to take care of my issue at this moment. I explained to this gentleman that maintenance had been to the property and promised to fix my heater, but they never returned. I was offered a temporary space heater, but I rejected it because I already own a space heater. However, the space heather tends to cause issues with the circuit breaker box and requires a reset for the electricity to return. Also, space heaters are not safe to keep on without someone in the home. Finally, I have a pet on the property, and I pay its pet fees, so it is unfair for my pet to be in a cold home at risk of getting sick. Overall, it has been two months since my first complaint and no repair so far. As the days get colder, their ability to ignore my calls, emails, and in-person requests increases. They genuinely do not care that it has been two months since the first complaint. Other examples of how bad Harbor Group Management follow: Early summer 2021, Columbia Gas came to my property three times and kept tagging our heather for a small leak and dirty unit. Unfortunately, we still have a small leak, and the heater unit was never clean. I had a water leak in the second-floor bathroom, and six months later, they finally fixed the first complaint. However, they did not repair the entire water damaged. Instead, they patched a few minor repairs, only fixing like 20% of the damage. A water leak in the basement that occurs every time it rains has never been fixed, and I complained since I moved in about it.

We have be4en behind in our heating and furnace repairs. This is being resolved today repairing all "no heat" issues. If there are any water leaks or building issues that have impacted building materials we would repair that immediately. These apartments are horrible . Management don’t care about you . They have MICE and blames it on the field they will leave you w/o AC for months ,people steal cars ,neighbors out arguing @ 3am don’t MOVE HERE!!!

Thank you for your feedback. it is true that with a 60 acre property and lots of open green space these pesky little critters find their way inside. We are ready for them though! We have processes our Maintenance team use as well as a pest control company that comes out "in a flash" to deal with these little intruders! Our concern is always for our residents and their ability to enjoy our community. The wide open green space and open fields allow children and pets to play all day! Thankfully, the cooler weather is coming! Due to a national shortage of A/C units and some low staffing we fell a little behind in our AC repairs, but we are catching up quickly. Our staff is regularly out on the property speaking with our residents to understand what they see and feel and learn how we can improve our service!
Would not recommend anyone to apply here. There is terrible communication and they truly do not care about their applicants.

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience. We respond as quickly as we can to any service requests received, typically getting back to our Residents in 48 hrs. or less. We review email received in our Leasing office daily and respond as quickly as possible. If a Resident calls we are in the office 10 am to 6 pm and do have a 24 hour answering service. We understand that communication is an area of continuous improvement and will continue to work on this. Thank you for your feedback.
Pretty much nothing is great here. It’s a less than alright place and the price is high, the gourmet kitchen is a bit bigger than a closet, the neighborhood used to be safe but if you look on neighborhood.com you’ll see that’s not so much the case anymore. I’d love to know what they mean by a diamond package because that’s the price we’re paying but I feel like we’re getting the dirty penny experience. The amenities are outdated, I noticed one of the floor plans boasted a garage which there are actually zero of here, the basics are out of date even in the remodeled units. The windows are super old and inefficient. Our utilities are high for such a modest sized place in a middle unit. The remodelers did an awful job in our unit and instead of anything getting fixed, it just changed management companies so that was exhausting. If you have an issue they’ll just come in and take some notes, fix one thing and you’ll have to call again for a new assessment. They’ll tell you there is an officer that patrols the complex but that’s a solid lie. I’d honestly avoid this place unless you absolutely have to.

Our Maintenance Team works hard to address each service request in two days or less, 48 hours. The Management Team is conscientious about our community and care about our Residents. I just moved to Worthington Meadows Townhomes last month. The move in process was GREAT! The office staff are very nice and attentive, all my questions and concerns were answered right away. My apartment looked great when i moved in, i'm fairly happy with the space and amount i'm paying a month. I love our neighbors, and the complex itself is safe, clean, and happy. I am so glad I found this place and decided to give them a try. I have nothing but positive things to say so far about this place and so far things just keep getting better:)
I have had nothing but issues since I moved in here. It was not clean before so I moved into a filthy apartment. The doors and windows are not sealed so expect high energy costs and lots of bugs. They come in all the time for "routine maintenance" although nothing ever gets fixed. So there is very little privacy and it is a bad place to live if you have pets. Lastly, every time it has rained heavily my basement has flooded. Joel in the front office is awful to deal with and unhelpful. There are better apartments out there for less money, please keep looking to avoid the headache.
I moved in on 9/10/16 and have been so upset and disappointed. I do not normally write reviews but I feel like people really need to understand what they are getting themselves into. Do not let yourself be fooled by the relatively large space and okay rent. Some things I have dealt with in the past few weeks: -Literally every cabinet is falling apart. Nothing shuts because it is so warped and old. I had to vacuum every shelf because they are crumbling apart on the inside and then cover everything with contact paper to not get on my clean dishes. -I wasn't able to hook up my dryer properly because of the dryer vent being old and cracked. When I told the management this was a fire hazard I was told this was "my problem" and not something they would take care of. -Every window has screens falling apart and difficult to open. They are fixing the screens but the windows are old, cheap, and falling apart. -Most of the doors do not close inside. -The kitchen is so small, almost comical to try and cook in. They do not provide a microwave. The range hood and oven is so old and dirty despite being told I was getting updated appliances. They did send someone out to re-clean but you can only clean so much when the problem is something is ancient and needs to be replaced. -The entire place smelled musty when I moved in. It has gotten better as we have been able to open windows and removed the disgusting molding carpeting and leftover drywall that was left under the stairs in the basement (again, this was our problem to deal with so I hope you are okay with mold.) -The best part is the basement is currently flooding! We have a functioning sub-pump that goes off literally every five minutes yet our basement carpeting is currently soaking wet with rainwater... Keep looking, I wish I did.

I don't recommend this place to anymore. We have had nothing but problems since we have moved in. When we first moved in, they stated that the apartment was in good shape and ready to move in. There are paint drips all over the walls, al the doors are mismatched, there is writing all over the doors from previous tenants, the refrigerator did not work, there was still pans in the stove from previous tenants, there is food in the vents, holes in the doors, the doors did not shut or lock properly. This place is an absolute mess for how much you pay for it. Very disappointing and I can not wait until we can move. Mexicans trying to break down our door at night, fighting with the office to get a peep hole after that incident, we are currently infested with cockroaches. We are on our third treatment to get rid of them in less then a month and we are still seeing live activity. The office is rude and not considerate about any of these problems. It is as though it is not their problem. We are expected to live in filth and they say they are doing everything they should be doing. Worst apartment place I have ever lived in, and such a shame for such a decent area. Would never recommend to anyone!! Do not move here!!! You will regret every bit, especially how much you are paying for it!! Horrible manager!! Never ever recommend! Turn around and do not waste your time here!

To get a 2 bedroom townhome with a finished basement at the price they're asking is incredible. It looks like they have just gone under new ownership and are working very hard to update the entire community. The staff that I met at my time there were very helpful and could answer all my questions. I've heard bad reviews in the past, but I think they've taken that and started to build better. Great place to go, and a large community, which i personally like.

This complex needs a lot of work, and that is as polite as I can be. We rented for only a short amount of time, and it was far too long. The apartment was in bad shape - holes in doors, ripped screens, paint on windows, disgusting appliances, etc. The staff was rude and refused to fix our a/c, claiming that it was working perfectly. It was not. Also, unattended children were everywhere. Not a good community.

Worthington meadows apartments is located at one of the good areas with good schools in Columbus Ohio.It's been a fun place to be for a while now.what I love most about this place is the beautiful and serene environment.These town homes are very secure and peaceful to live in.So far so good and am please to be part of this great neighbourhood
For the most part, I love my apartment. It is a 2 bedroom townhouse with a finished basement. I have an enclosed patio that is like an extra room during warm months. I do miss having a fireplace and since I am an end unit, it would be nice to have to cut down on the heating bills. The maintenance used to be really good but they are slow in getting to you when you need them. The management company changes hands at least once a year and the staff never returns calls and they act snotty.
Worthington Meadows is a good place to live. First the location is great, 3 minutes from the Polaris fashion place so everything you need is just around the corner. The neighborhood is also generally pretty quite, and you really never hear anything from your neighbors. The apartments are very spacious, with a half finished basement, a nice sized living room and kitchen on the second floor, and a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. The biggest downside is how dated the place is. Everything from the doors to the cabinets feel like they're from the 70's (and probably are). Overall the rent is pretty cheap and it is placed in the best area of Columbus to live in. 4 stars.
This apartment complex is wonderful not only for my single self but for my dog who resides with me. The neighbors are lovely, and the space is wonderful. With the free roam, with a leash of course, for walking dogs, Koda and I love Worhtington Meadows. Though the rent is up there it's so worth it for such a nice area!
