Situated just over 14 miles northeast of Dayton, Fairborn and the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base that neighbors it makes up a sprawling suburban community. Cape Cod and ranch-style homes give the area a quaint feel, while modern apartment communities ensure there’s a rental for everyone. Fairborn’s historic downtown area houses locally owned shops and eateries, as well as the historic Fairborn Theater. Proximity to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University, and Beavercreek’s main shopping area provides residents with multiple employment options and access to the amenities of a larger city, while Downtown Fairborn’s small-town charm attracts residents looking for a quiet, close-knit community to call home. Downtown Dayton is just a 20-minute drive away via State Route 444, but you may find it hard to leave this charming Ohio community.

Property Ratings at Wright Village Apartments
I moved in a few years ago, and have been happy here every since. The new manager is very nice and helpful! Any time a problem has arisen, she immediately has it checked into. The maintenance man is also very friendly. The neighbors are great and this is a quiet place to live. I would recommend Wright Village Apartments to anyone looking for a good apartment in Fairborn.
The manager is kind but only in the beginning, she acts like she owns Fairborn and talks to people like they're children instead of an adult. The apartments get a 3 rating but because of her I have to give it a less then -1 She really should stop lying to the tenants unless that's what they pay her to do. The apartments smell of must and mold and are hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. They say no smoking but that's not true, no pets yet dogs everywhere. The maintenance men are clueless and just guessing and should not be tampering with a gas furnace when they're not qualified to do so. Lots of drug dealings going on around there. If you want to live somewhere cheap, you've found it.
I couldn’t ask for a better first home! I moved in with no issues and now I’m here happy! It’s afforable and I’m happy with the utilities being low!! The landlord has been great!
These places are a joke. It's sad when a office manager can tell you there is no money to fix/replace broken items though collect your money every month with no regrets. Windows so old they are falling out of the walls that hold them. It takes months (if you're lucky) to replace needed components (ect fridge, stove). To top it off they won't fix/replace air conditioners as not covered in the lease but also won't repair junk windows so you are sealed in and no one cares. To have a office manager say she repairs needed stuff out of her own pocket in her unit is an unprofessional way of guilting someone about something they are not responsible for. We pay rent to avoid repair cost and if it's a issues to have units people can live healthy inside maybe they shouldn't be rented. Fraud... Take your money and do nothing to deserve it. The apartments can be fixed but not the unprofessional ways of the office manager. I've never met anyone in my life that finds joy in causing pain on others just to prove her authority. unprofessional and will do anything to threaten tenants and loves drama. I've never seen a place that places a 3 day eviction on doors barely taped two weeks after rent is paid. This person should not be in a place of management and honestly the issues can be resolved but the person running the show can't be trusted...heed this warning. After three years we finally saved Enough to leave and my heart hurts for the elderly that have no options and can't afford anything else.
So I moved into this apartment in august but ... I have found that ... For its small compacity it has.. It is not worth what I pay for it in the first place. I pay 420 plus utilities every month ...
