Property Ratings at Wright & Wagner Lofts
I lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! Not only are the building managers super friendly, but even the leasing agents are beyond helpful! Super clean, well maintained and they even host events really regularly. And it’s super pet friendly!! Overall, definitely recommend these apartments. Super close to downtown for fun nights out, and close to gyms. 10/10
Management ignored my complaint. All the stairs inside apartment are metal and bolted. Every time my neighbor went up and down the stairs it reverberated to my apartment. The washing machine very noisy when starting. The refrigerator makes noise in middle of the night. The other major problem is there is a bar across the street. So especially when closes lots of noise. Loud cars zooming by at times too. Lots of dogs all over . If you value quiet sleep, this is "downtown living" according to Management.

While we did not waive the standard 2-month buyout fee, we are confident that our entire residential team did all we could to ensure your satisfaction as a resident. Wright & Wagner Lofts has had 100% occupancy and high ratings from our residents since opening in 2021 and we pride ourselves on responsiveness and resident satisfaction.
