We have tried to make your move to Fort Rucker as convenient as possible. We pay for internet, cable tv, water, trash, and pest control so you will not need to shop around to find the best deals. All you pay is your electric bill which averages about $75 a month. The location is perfectly located for flight school. Cairns Army Airfield (your primary trainer airfield) is five minutes in one direction. The flight simulator complex is five minutes in another direction. And the Daleville gate to Fort Rucker is five minutes in still another direction. Other apartments may offer more amenities and more space, but that 20 minute drive twice a day, sometimes four times a day, gets old fast. I have heard numerous reviews after the fact telling me they wish they would have chosen Wuergler Village instead of staying in Enterprise. Wuergler Village consists of five buildings, with two units per building. All units are one bedroom and one bathroom, about 500 square feet. Four units are brand new and priced accordingly. Four other units have been partially renovated (so far) and are more cost efficient. But every unit is safe, secure, and clean. Me and my wife live across the street so we are involved with the apartments on a daily basis. We see who comes and goes. We respond right away if there are any issues. We are always available and easily assessable. A city park with a half mile running loop is around the corner. A grocery store and police station are around the corner the other direction. We are proud of the community we have developed at Wuergler Village. I am biased, but I think our new units are the best apartments in town. Give me a call or send me text if you have any questions. Property Ratings at Wuergler Village
I stayed here for a little over a year and a half during flight school and it was the best and most convenient place to live! Less than 5 min from both the main base gate and the primary airfield! This made travel to flights easy and more sleep during the night phases! Scott was a great landlord who was extremely helpful and understanding! He lives right across the street and is always available by phone with any issues, questions, or concerns! This is the best place you could live for flight school!
This 1 bedroom apartment is in the perfect location for flight students like myself. Less than a 5 minute drive from the airfield, and the main base is just as close. The landlord Scott is excellent, always responding quickly to any messages. Super lucky to have found the perfect place to live while completing flight school.
I lived here for my entire flight school journey and couldn’t have picked a better place! Just a few minute drive to PT, class on base, or Cairns Army Airfield…which is perfect for those early mornings or going home for lunch! The owners were amazing!! Easy to work with and completely understand crazy scheduling! The apartment was super nice and clean, and they ensure it’s well taken care of! I couldn’t have asked for a better place! Perfect size for one person or a couple! It even came with cable and high speed wifi for free!
The owners are great at communication and accommodating should any issues arise. They had the two appliances that broke in my over yearlong stay fixed incredibly quickly. The pricing is some of the best I've found in the area for a personal or private feel rather than hearing neighbors above, below, and beside you. If you're on post the location is perfect. I highly recommend these apartments to everyone looking into the area!
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience living here. It is affordable, safe, and very accommodating. My landlord, Scott, has been outstanding and will always reply as soon as possible with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!
Scott is an excellent landlord. He lives right across the street and responds quickly when there’s an issue. I had an issue with my sink and had it rectified the same day. The apartment I rented is fully furnished with everything in great condition.
I had a wonderful experience at this place. From the first moment, I felt safe and comfortable. The wifi speed is impressive and perfect for studying, working, or playing online. Also, having free laundry was a great relief. The owners are friendly and always willing to help and ensure everything is in order. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place, especially if you work in Fort Novosel.
