Property Ratings at Wylde at Eagle Creek
This complex although relatively quiet, is trash! Current resident can’t wait until my lease is up one thing after another! Last July shortly after moving in we had a series of storms come through and completely flood out my living permanently damaging 2 rugs of mine. I reported this incident, no one ever came out to Investigate the flooding or anything. Then the AC goes out a few weeks later and I was told by the office staff that they wouldn’t send anyone out for at least 3 days (this happened on a Friday so no one would come until Tuesday) because the temperature outside was less than 80 degrees (while it was near 90 inside my apartment) so it didn’t classify as an “emergency” also the lady from the office staff was extremely unprofessional, refused to explain or answer any of my questions and even hung the phone up on me mid sentence! The neighbors across from me are always fighting and yelling and have obnoxiously loud barking dogs, and I also recently had an Amazon package delivered and stolen by who I’m assuming to be the contracted workers who are replaced the carpet in the exterior hallways in my building. ALSO maintenance never fixed the sink in my bathroom that wouldn’t drain… I ended up having to resolve that on my own and the toilet in my bathroom needs replacing, doubt they’ll do anything about that either. Also there’s been numerous times where the dumpsters on the property have been overloaded and trash strewn about the parking lot. This place is embarrassing and a joke! DO NOT LEASE HERE they don’t care take your money elsewhere!
I haven't seen the so called fountain in the pond? yet. No security, poor lighting, hidden fees and maintenance lies or doesn't come. Photos shown are misleading and a double sided fireplace in the middle of the living room is NOT an open concept! No dining area, kitchen is so tiny you can't move to cook. No fire extinguisher in our building since we moved in. Atrocious hallways, saw them cleaned once since move in. Have yet to see any of the amenities, doors are locked. Oh and did I mention the pond? is green? I think we have the only American flag flying except the office. So if you like hidden fees and green retention pond water ?? this is for you. (Had to throw in the sarcasm)

My roommate and I toured this apartment and immediately wanted to move and loved everything about it. The room sizes were great and the layout was great as well. The gym and pool and facilities all looked very nice. After paying for application fees and applying for the apartment, our experience went on a steep decline. We both have never experienced such poor communication with any business. The only way for us to communicate with the leasing office was for both of us to drive all the way there because the office never answered any calls or emails. I had to call the office 7 times for them to finally pick the phone up and do their jobs. We are hoping that the communication is better throughout our lease.

they hold monthly events for residents, they always seem helpful and very friendly. Maintenance has recently changed and they seem more on top of things then the last group they had.
The apartments have been updated but the buildings are still very old and the windows and doors don't work properly which lets in a lot of cold air in the winter. If you have a 2 bedroom apartment, the water bill will be $100 per month. Watch your monthly statement as management has double billed every resident in the community for several months for trash and pest control (which wasn't refunded back to the residents after it being brought to their attention.) Upon move out, management will come up with inflated and erroneous charges to add to your account.
I would not move into these apartments if I were you. There’s mold that the office won’t address. Mary, the manger, is unprofessional and rude. I would look elsewhere because you will not get your money’s worth here that’s for sure. I’ve only been here 5 months and I have had nothing but issues.
I've lived in EP for about a year & a half now. The complex is quiet & everyone is very friendly in here. I have a large appreciation for how well the management takes care of the property. The landscaping in the spring & summer is beautiful! The location is the best part of about this complex for me. It's within 15 minutes of downtown & less than 5 from Eagle Creek park & reservoir. Can't beat that! I've been very happy with the office staff as well as how quickly repairs get taken care of.
Eagle Pointe apartments have been so great to me! Even after just two months the staff here makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I love the layout. They are quick with repairs. And affordable.
Poor maintenance no parking spaces geese pupp even where windows and window cases need calking around window. winter time cold wind come through..
