Wyndchase Bellevue Apartments

My overall experience here has been great! The only issue I have with the place is the laundry room. The machines often malfunction which causes a great inconvenience for those who rely on those facilities. Other than that, it has been an excellent experience!

Maintenance is amazing ! I love living here. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have lived here for just over 2 years. The community is well kept and clean.

Nour was outstanding! Her knowledge and ability to tell me my options were top tier! She is simply the best! She was super friendly and patient with me. Mrs. Jodi too was super helpful and very informative! These ladies made this process SEAMLESS!

Best place ever people are so nice, the ladies in the office will do what they can do make sure you are happy with the place the maintenance men do wonderful keeping this place in shape.

I love it here. Very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets and sunrises are gorgeous. And the gym is wonderful. Less stairs than my last place is a big bonus.

Our move in experience has been nothing short of great starting with administration to maintenance. I would high8 recommend wyndchace apartment living to anyone in fact I already have.

This is a decent complex. It was great at first, but like most poaces, they don’t maintain their facade for too long. One thing that I don’t enjoy is the mandates that the new management put into place, like having to pay for two types of trash amenities AND community light (basically free money for them). Not to mention, since this wasn’t explained upon move in, no one communicated this to us, we just had to constantly go to the office to ask questions that no one had the answers to (I ended up calling the corporate office). Also, it’s becoming more annoying that the third-party laundry service that they’re working with is trash! The machines work sometimes, they raised the price on how much we have to pay (it went from 1.50 to 2.50 to be exact for EACH machine) and the company sucks at making the proper updates so we could use our cards to wash and dry (because who keeps quarters around anymore). These things make me not want to renew my lease, but that’s okay, maybe it’s time to go.

I appreciate that I feel safe in the community, it is quiet, and everyone has been very helpful. I have had very little issues with living here.

So far, I’ve enjoyed being a resident here. I love my vaulted ceiling, big bathtub, being in Bellevue and the very pleasant and helpful Jodi and Nor. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is when I come home from work late I have to park down the hill from my building.

I'm going on my 8th year of living here and love it!! As you can imagine, I seen several management companies managing the property and this is by far the best we've had! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and the property has never looked better. Even when residents leave junk outside of the dumpster at the front of the community, the maintenance guys are on top of it!! This is home and I'm proud to live here.

The staff is friendly and help whenever there is a problem. I have had no issues since living here. So glad I renewed. I’m looking forward to another year and possibly more!

Wyndchase Bellevue is a great location for me to the places that I have to go. I have great neighbors and love my community. So many things are in walking distance and I love that.

I love living here. I have a nice, quiet apartment, beautiful landscaping, easy access to shopping in both directions, and movie theater. What more could you ask for?

I love being a resident here! The community is clean and quiet. The office staff is very professional and helpful. I have lived here for just over a year and am loving it!

I really like Jodi in the office. She’s very friendly and always answers any questions I have. I think we could use more lights in the parking lot and our own parking space especially since I get in late and have to park down the hill.

I like the area of town that I live in, and my neighbors are great, but there is no meeting area for the residents to use for occasions other than the pool, which is not open year-round. The amenities in the apartments are old for the rent being paid, but the staff is great when you call about a problem.

Been great so far ! No complaints at all the staff is nice and always help with any questions or concerns that I have.The neighbors are nice no noise complaints since I’ve been here.

Love living here! Just renewed my lease and I don't see myself moving if I can avoid it. Close to great restaurants, all my necessities, and only 10 minutes from work!

Been a pleasant place to live for my first year here. Love the clubhouse staff and the maintenance staff is very hard-working all day every day, even though they are probably shorthanded. It appears to me and could use help, but that is all based on your budget, I understand and That and I know nothing about your current budget. It’s been a pretty good year here. Thanks.

Here lately, I have called and gone to the office twice for pest control and did not get service either time. The first time, I missed the guy because they were preparing for an event for the apartment community, and the second time, the guy did not come or I did not hear him knock, but I was at home all day. Now, not only do I have spiders, but I see a cockroach now. I am not happy because cockroaches are my worst fears.

The staff is so helpful. I love the amenities and the pet park is great for my dogs. The grounds are always well kept. Maintenance is always very responsive and quick to complete any work orders that I have.

I have lived here for a year now and still love it! Everyone from the maintenance team to my neighbors are friendly and kind, maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Apartment is quiet and homey . I just love coming home!

I have loved living here, front office and maintenance and upper management are so easy to work with. Everyone is so nice and friendly The parking is in need of some work it’s not ideal

I really love this apartment complex! It feels cozy, and I love the maintenance team, which means everything. Access to a somewhat secluded dog park is so important to us too!

Community has been improving since I move here in 2021.Staff and maintenance have been very effective and friendly. Only cameras should be installed in the mailing room to avoid missing packages and all over the complex to avoid car theft. I would love if the car wash works and the appliances in the laundry room are upgrades as well. My overall experience is good so far!

The management team is incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests or concerns. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable living environment—additionally, the community amenities, including the gym, and pool. The location is also ideal, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and public transportation.

I have been living at Wyndchase for three years, and I enjoy my neighbors, my apartment, and the staff. As life goes, I am pretty happy here.

So…a great community is one in which there are some common goals, but each one can bring their own unique gift or talent for the good of the community. When you use your talent the community benefits and no one, ideally, is jealous or annoyed because they also have talents that are needed and celebrated.

Maintenance is on top of everything no matter how big or small the issue is . Management is kind and friendly. It’s a great place to call home.

Love the leasing staff and the Wyndchase apartment complex . Used to live here prior for 7 years and came back this summer. Enjoy the peace safety and neighborhood.

The complex is clean and staff is friendly. The community here is quiet and really feels like home. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

I love living here ! My neighbors are so nice. The community is very close to lots of shopping, entertainment, and great food. I enjoy living so close to all the parks and greenways. This is something that is very important to as I have 2 dogs that love to go for long walks along the greenway.

It’s been great. I’ve had no complaints. I feel very at home. They are doing so much to make sure we all have a great experience here. Definitely resigning

This is a wonderful place to live. It's so close to the Interstate and easy to get into town. The staff were helpful. The maintenance is friendly, and the neighbors are great

It’s been a pleasure living here my neighbors are great, the office staff are amazing. Any thing I ask for it’s done within hours . Never have to wait for anything.

Even though the rent keeps going up without any new amenities and some of the old ones are sometimes unavailable, I enjoy my apartment. I like the people in the office.

I appreciate the staff. They were accommodating and went above and beyond in answering my questions! Awesome and you went the extra mile for me! Noor helped me throughout the application process making it a smooth transition. He was a huge help trying to help me find the perfect spot and gave me a great tour. The maintenance team was also very welcoming and willing to help out in any way they could for their residents! It's a great place and has great staff.

Black mold....I submitted three maintenance requests, water was leaking from the wall and ceiling, they never fixed the problem. When I moved out they tried to make me pay for the wall. I had a 4 1/2 year old at the time. I didn't leak, the apartment above did...

package room isn’t secure, but move in was super easy! neighbors are friendly and welcoming too which is definitely a big deal:). thanks!!!!

Nice, calm community. Great location and staff is attentive. Amenities are good, but not perfect. This is not a dealbreaker though. Rent is the best you can find for the area and value. The fees add up though.
