Property Ratings at Wyndham Ridge
Please don’t move here. Our AC unit has been underperforming (by a lot) since we started testing it in April. We asked maintenance and management to fix it several times. Temperatures kept climbing, it was 80-90 degrees in our unit and they still did nothing. We would call the office and the manager (who doesn’t work there anymore thank god) would basically gaslight us and say our unit was working fine. We literally had to get a window unit and box fans to get through the summer. Temperature guns, documentation, countless tickets and emails. Fast forward from the $200-$300 bills to SEPTEMBER, they FINALLY got someone out here. They then came on a Friday and rendered our AC useless until they can come back next week to fix it. This was due to it being an unexpected 3-4 HOUR JOB when the office had told us for months nothing was wrong. This doesn’t even cover the 18-24 inch cracks in my flooring that it took them 6 months to fix. We’ve lived here 6.5 years and in the beginning it was the best place I’ve ever lived. It took a turn.

Horrible customer service. The office takes forever (if ever) to respond. Maintenance will blame you for every repair needed. It's cheaper here for a reason.

good afternoon, I want to tell you about this leasing office. On the plus side: really great apartments. Good location, lots of parking. A magnificent information structure. Of the cons: the staff is not friendly. A very long service of making a decision on your application. Incorrect attitude towards the client. Fill out the application and get out of here. It is not surprising that there are problems with delivery in this complex. And judging by the reviews, I am not the only one who has encountered this problem. Kindly ask the management of this leasing office. Pay attention to the work of your managers. It seems that they just come to work to drink coffee and talk. Rudeness is all. With respect to the management of the company, I hope you will solve this problem.

Since penny took over as regional manager, the staff is constantly leaving, nothing gets done and she is rude to most everyone as far as I’ve seen, before her it was a great place to live

Just moved in and was promised a 1st floor and after signing the lease I go to my new home and it’s a 3rd floor. No type of accommodation attempt was made( no other apartments were available on the first floor so I had to just suck it up)and the leasing agent I dealt with has been making errors through the whole process, first she sent me a denial email then I had to call and spoke with the property manager who told me otherwise. I don’t know if Sam is new but as of now, not very satisfied with the customer service I’ve been receiving.

I left because I moved in with my significant other. I have no complaints. The staff were always friendly and helpful to me. My apartment was clean when I moved in and in working order. I called maintenance a handful of times over the two years for normal wear and tear items and they responding and resolved issues quickly, within 24 hours. The staff helped to mitigate complaints in a peaceful manner (taming a party of new tenants, resolving parking issues). They also posted notices of activity occurring in the building (changing filters, upgrading the fire alarm system) and even posted notices of when concerts were taking place a Blossom (to help avoid the traffic). I parked my car outside year round and had no issues with getting hit. Snow was plowed regularly and sidewalks clear. My apartment was all the way in the back facing private property and there was a lot of wildlife to be seen! Because I do my best to conserve water, I never found my water bills to be high (but I was living on my own, doing laundry once a week, and not using the dishwasher nightly). I also found gas and electric to be reasonable. My two years at Wyndham Ridge were a positive experience!
I have live here for some years. In general, it is a pretty nice place to live. However there are some major drawbacks that they need to improve. 1. You pay twice as much of the water you used in wastewater. Eg. If water usage is $30 then you pay for the wastewater $60 and you total bill be more than $90. 2. Your rent is not accepted until you pay for the water bill. I don't know if this is legal, but they return your rent check if you didn't pay for the water. Then if it takes several days to for you to pay for the water bill, then you will be charged late fee of $50 on the rent since it was returned. Again, this is only for water bill. They don't care if you paid for the other bills (electricity, natural gas). Hence, I believe the mngt company is charging us on top of water utility bill. This means you might be evicted on the basis of not paying your water bill. 3. Some people in the leasing office are not welcoming. Especially, old lady whose first name starts with S is not a person you want to talk.
As an obsessively objective consumer, I routinely research apartments to ensure I'm living in the best possible community - I weigh location, price, safety, noise level, amenities - everything - and each time I investigate, Wyndham maintains its position as the absolute best place to live. Wyndham has much to recommend it - the grounds are peaceful, the community is quiet and friendly, and the apartments are well maintained, but it's strongest selling point is the staff - My husband and I have lived here for 8 years, and Shelly and her staff at Wyndham have never been anything less than wonderful- Both the office and maintenance staff are extraordinarily helpful and understanding, and are dedicated to making sure each resident feels like their apartment is truly their home. The greatest recommendation I can offer is for you to visit the complex and take a look, I think once you see the apartments and speak with Shelly you'll find there isn't anywhere else you'll want to live.

Thank you for your kind words and feedback! We are happy that you have made Wyndham Ridge your home for 8 years. We look forward to continuing having you as our resident long term, and welcome you to stop in and visit our office staff anytime! We are here to make sure that Wyndham Ridge is always a great place for you to call home!
This is a perfect place if you want a quiet and low key place that's a short drive to a lot of great dining places and entertainment. I lived in a single-bedroom apartment and loved this place so much that when I got married a few weeks ago, I upgraded to a larger apartment with my wife! Its great! I'm so happy I've found a place that I don't have to worry. Everything you want and nothing you don't!
Love the quiet neighborhood and the property is well kept. Beautiful clubhouse to rent and great leasing staff.
A great peaceful community. I have lived here for years with no trouble from neighbors. These are three level apartments with four apartments per floor. Easy highway access, near ammenities, allows cats, units equipped with washer/dryer stove garbage disposal and dishwasher. Unfortunately a highly restrictive community with many interior building smoking rules, no noise after 11p including laundry, an aggressive yet restrictive fire retardant system on the porches, and no grilling (county restriction).
Renting here is a good middle ground...not too much to worry about. Sometimes management is a little too proactive on keeping things tidy but overall a good fit. Love the in-unit washer/dryer! Presently my fiance and myself have separate apartments at this complex. I like the place so much, I'm moving in with my future wife in September into a larger unit on the same complex for the both of us!
Well kept, clean, friendly staff. Convenient to popular restaurants and shopping. Pool and fitness room. Feel safe as each building has a locked door to enter. Maintenance is addressed immediately, but rarely have to call. I love almost everything about it in the 12yrs I've lived there. Only one complaint. The rent goes up every year. If you have the money, it is definitely worth a look.
