Property Ratings at Wyoga Place
We joined the property August 2024. Our experience from the first reach out has exceeded my expectations. The property is gorgeous.. feels like a vacation spot. Bedrooms are a fantastic size, lots of closet space. Management immediately responds. Emergency issues fixed immediately, non emergency dealt with in timely manner. Neighbors are friendly. Lake property is dreamy. See people of all ages enjoying the lake, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, sitting and relaxing. Parking is easy and close. Never an issue. Have always felt safe.
Management as of sept 2023 is awful. They do not fix issues with washers, or in unit repairs. They are unorganized, unprofessional and ineffective. Their main goal seems to be to push out all existing tenants from the previous management and make shallow cosmetic upgrades to raise the rent for new tenants. Avoid this property at all costs.

So sorry for your experience!! Taking over a property and working through what was left behind from past owner is a tough task especially in less than 30 days, we took over Aug 2023. Our tenants are amazing and have been so supportive throughout the process. It's always amazing to have tenants that have been on property for so long that give the birds I view of what the tenants really want and need. Our upgrades certainly have been far from shallow. In just our first year we have installed all new exterior lighting front and rear, entire building has been painted, updated common areas, updated laundry rooms with full service contracts to handle all issues, cameras installed, major unit renovations, dog walking stations, landscaping improvements, new resident portal for streamlining communication, service requests, and online payments, new signage throughout the property, and sooo much more to come. Transition is never easy for all parties involved and we cannot thank enough our tenants that have been with us through it all. We are committed to continued improvements and growth at Wyoga Lake and look forward to what the future holds.
I literally would have stayed longer if the new management wasn't the worst I've ever dealt with. They took over summer of 2023. By December, the online payment portal promised by August still wasn't up. The washers and dryers on my floor were busted for months -- probably still broken as of January 2024. Took them a month to get a plumber to my apartment to fix a shower tap that wouldn't turn off. Because of course the ~only~ plumber in the tri-county area kept flaking on them. Eye roll. They won't give you your security deposit back and they'll try to charge you Seattle prices in the rust belt with an 18-month lease to boot. AVOID.
I've always enjoyed my time at these apartments. There is a beautiful view of the lake that you can't find everywhere in the area. The new management company seems to be putting into a lot of time and attention to improve the property as well.
