WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT THEIR ADVERTISMENTS STATING THAT THESE UTILITES ARE INCLUDED THEY STATE: "THE LISTING DOESN'T SAY THAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, BUT RATHER THOSE UTILITIES ARE AN AMENITY OF THE PROPERTY." Bad management if anything need to be fixed your apartment you better have somebody fix it yourself mold in most apartments and you and you will have nowhere to park your car

I liked my small apartment at first until I saw nothing but mice then came the mold through my painted over bathtub started to notice that they painted over bugs on the walls! Thennnn came the roach infestation!! Saw a few here and there then all the sudden I couldn’t look in my kitchen or bathroom without seeing 4 or more roaches management does not care either it took for my mother calling to threaten them with the health department to finally being in an exterminator which all they did was spray and leave! I have been fighting roaches for MONTHS CMHA finally came to inspect they failed twice and looking at a third failure. They finally sent maintenance to fill the mice holes, and he scraped the mold off my tub re grouted it and here I am a month later with MORE mold I’m so over this place right can’t wait to move!

I MOVED HERE SEPTEMBER OF 2016. really nice apartment, fell in love with the way the apartment looked! Everything was updated, and new! yeah only problem is that the complex is INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Never seen a ROACH until I moved to this apartment here in Cincinnati. it started off seeing on or two a day, now its 16-20 a day. I'm breaking my lease this month! Management has people that comes out once a month but that doesn't help when you have nasty neighbors in a horrible neighborhood. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE BOTTOM LINE.
