I just recently graduated and this was such a nice place to move into. Affordable, tucked away, staff is nice and willing to help when and if you need and plenty of young adults in the area, but everyone is quiet and respectful of others.

The big banner on the first building fits this property incredibly well. All the staff are extremely helpful and quick with answering questions and concerns. Though concerns are far and few between! The buildings and property are beautiful, the neighborhood is secluded and relatively quiet. There is a park just a block away that is great for running and relaxing, and if you can't make it to the park, there is a wonderful cardio room with ellipticals and treadmills. The rent is extremely reasonable, and the properties are the best bang-for-your-buck possible. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone in the area, or to students looking for comfortable accommodations off campus.
I have lived here 14 years and love this place. Pretty quiet. Since these apartments have new owners every things is even getting better.
The Wyoming Hills apartments are maintained very well due to the diligence of the maintenance staff, the apartments are affordable, and nestled in a quiet wooded area. The property manager, Pam Boos is exceptionally helpful and goes out of her way to assist with any questions or needs that I have may have.
I moved from NY and blindly trusted Wyoming Hill Staff for description of apartment that they sent me, as I never visited place before moving in. And I was amazed by their honestly that it was exactly the way it was described . I love it as it is very clean, well maintained, calm and quiet place away from road noise. I always tell my friends how much I love my apartment.

This is our first apartment together and we also have two kids. This place is awesome and perfect for a first time apartment. The apartment manager, Pam, is super helpful and responds quickly to emails and calls. It’s pretty secluded and set back, which is awesome. And there are a few playgrounds near by.
I usually don't expect much out of renting in Dayton but finding this place was pleasantly surprising. It's tucked back at the dead end of Wyoming Street so it's quiet and laid back. There is a mini-mart right down the street which is nice if you need to pick up something without going all the way to the store. I only hear the neighbors if they are in the hallway and everyone seems relatively nice. The community manager is very prompt at responding to emails and the few maintenance requests I have put in have been dealt with by the next business day. If you are looking for a quiet place to live that's fairly affordable in Dayton, I highly recommend Wyoming Hills.
This place is such a good deal in terms of prices and quality of living. The main office and Maintenance are very responsive to our needs. It's also a 7-minute drive to UD campus and 12-minutes to the air force base.
The community manager at Wyoming Hills Apartments was extremely attentive through out the entire process. From the first email I received until I was handed the keys to the apartment, Pam was always available to assist with the application process, to answer questions about the lease, etc. After searching for an apartment in the area for a few months and dealing with nothing but automated systems and template emails, it was extremely refreshing to work with Pam and Wyoming Hills. Our apartment is clean and spacious. When we moved in we could tell the carpets had been thoroughly cleaned. The blinds were brand new. There was absolutely no trace of the previous tenants. It felt like we were moving into a brand new building. Since living here I have only needed to submit a maintenance request once, and within an hour a maintenance worker was in my apartment fixing the issue. The complex is tucked away in its own little nook, surrounded by trees. I have had no issues with noise. The parking lots are safe. If there are any issues regarding the property, the community manager promptly sends an email letting us all know what’s going on. This is hands down the best experience I have had when looking for an apartment and dealing with landlords and maintenance workers. This is a great place to live.
This property is well maintained. The on-site laundry is a plus and is always kept clean as well as the entryways. Each unit has a balcony or a patio. My one-bedroom is quite spacious. The manager is friendly and always accessible and if there is a maintenance issue (rare!), it is taken care of immediately. Love it here!
This apartment complex has been nothing but great my girlfriend and I have been very pleased. When we moved in there was new carpet, new appliances, and new door hardware. All the apartments have been really kept up to date and they are great. Here is a very quiet and casual atmosphere. She wanted an outlet in the main bathroom and 1 day later it was like POOF there's an outlet. She was very excited and they have treated us both like family since day 1. Thank you Wyoming Hills.
This place is amazing for the price you pay! On-site laundry facilities makes doing laundry super convenient. It's also a pretty quiet and private community. First time apartment renter and I'm glad I chose this place! It also helps that the community manager is super helpful!
