I had such high hopes moving here, however since moving in nothing works, pool and hot tub down most of summer. Gym tvs do not work. Trash piles up. It isn’t safe or well kept. Multiple car break ins. Management does little to nothing to address residents complaints. For this price not worth it. Very disappointed.

Rowdy neighbors and little to no response from security (tells them to turn it down, lasts an hour) or management (we've done this four or five times now). It's a great location but ConAm management collects rental fees and does little else. I will be breaking my lease to avoid potential conflict and liability, when I was younger it would have been otherwise.

What was once considered a luxury apartment, has now turned into medicre at best. Promises to complete maintenance requests are unfulfilled, and management thinks simply scheduling "community" functions will make it all better. Current lease holders are treated with the utmost lack of respect, showing favoritism towards some residents and disdain for others. Rules are arbitrarily followed and enforced, based upon the "apparent" benefit management can achieve. Just look at the illegal parking around the entry fountain (which hasn't worked in over a year as well), or the incompetent parking enforcement company hired which resulted in no improvements. Finally, units are offered to the general public which are larger and more favorably positioned at prices well below the renewal offers provided to current residents. Management believes that someone already here wouldn't be looking at the rent prices for the same complex. Well, another holiday weekend just days away. Rest assured the pool and hot tub will most likely not be working, or if they are, entrance into the pool area will not be restricted in accordance with the property rules.

The pros: The floor plans are great and we have a stunning view of the Columbia River. The amenities are nice as well and units are modern. The cons: Rents increased 9.8% this year for my unit and the utility bills (managed by Conservice) have increased +30% in less than one month. Management will never call or email you back since Jacob left, and you can wait months for a repair to be completed. The property management company (ConAm) is difficult to reach as well. Crime continues to be an issue in the parking garage and the surface parking area. They did; however, finally stopped allowing Retriever Towing from knowingly and willingly tow resident's cars for the smallest infraction.

The leasing agent Sharday is the best, so helpful, and has made moving in here the best experience. The grounds are gorgeous and the view out of my apartment is the best thing to wake up to every morning.

My friend moved into these apartments in April 2021. I also considered it, however after visiting her on multiple occasions, I decided I will never live here. There is CONSTANT crime in the parking lot. Cars are getting broken into. Cars are being stolen. There are always shady strange people hanging out in the parking lot. I do not feel safe walking from her apartment to my car. The icing on the cake was this past weekend. I stayed over at my friends overnight. Walked out to my car in the morning... all 4 wheels and tires are STOLEN OFF MY CAR. Gone. They managed to steal all 4 off my 2017 Subaru Legacy. They also stole the catalytic convertors off two cars near mine. Where was the apartments security?! You would think they can afford decent security for as much as they charge for rent. Or they can at least install a gate at the main entrance. There is constant crime here and management is doing nothing about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

I LOVE where I live, eventhough Covid has caused amenities to be cancelled, I feel proud to say Yacht Harbor Club is my home.
Francesca has been our best manager to date. Ive lived at YHC for 5 years. Made great friends here. Lifetime friends.
It's a beautiful place that seems more industrial on the outside than the lovely layout and attention to detail included in the apartments. Fellow residents are friendly and the staff is attentive even when sorting through issues. The surrounding area is like an oasis in the middle of a chaotic world.
Great views and apartment finishes but sound between floors very loud can hear walking and even the littlest of things like toilet flushing, phone ringing, TVs when on.
When I first got here I would have offered rave reviews, from the beauty to the peace to the amenities and more. It seems the more people move in, then move out - the more what seemed an exceptional location turned to an average with higher than average costs. At this point it is still an easy fix to turn this around to maintain the level of living the facility was intended for. It is my hope that relatively small changes are made now before they become overwhelming.
We've lived at YH for over 4 years now. I will say the office staff now is by far the best we've had! (including maintenance). Yet hands are still tied due to perhaps staffing shortage, or lack of funds provided by upper management -Greystar. We used to have a fabulous community, but the YH has turned hands so many times that the beauty and safety we once felt here just doesn't exist. I'm certainly not blaming the current staff at all. This was all handed to them and they are doing the best that they can with what they have to work with, but I do think that some of the residents that live here just don't seem to care about their community like a lot of us do. Let me just give some examples....trash up and down the hallways & in the stairwells, the trash/recycling room gets jam packed with trash & boxes that aren't broken down, when we all know that there is a larger trash/recycling room in the garage for bigger items. But people just don't care. There is smoking on balcony's and some don't pick up after their pets. It's unfortunate. As it used to be such a nice place to live. And it's not the maintenance folks job to pick up after careless residents. They certainly don't get paid enough (I can only guess) for what they have to put up with here. It's disappointing.
Yacht Harbor club has a nice place to live but even nicer when we had 24 hour on-site security. The island has a history of crime.

Tacht Harbor Club is a great place to call home. The apartments are large, clean and upgraded, very comfortable layout to the eye. The location is beautiful and so are the views. The management goes above and beyond to give you a pleasant experience.
YHC was originally built to be a community. We had once a week Happy Hours. 24 hour security. The property was pristine. Annuals planted out front and hanging baskets. The community room was decorated every season. Especially at for the holidays. The outdoor trees had lights as well as the pool railings. It was beautiful. I miss those little qualities. We have have gone through numerous management changes. The current manager appears to be doing a good job. She is very friendly. We have had some very grumpy managers in the past. Im sorry Im focusing on the past but Im telling how it was that brought us to YHC. In hopes of seeing of seeing improvements in the future. We have had our Patio vomited on from upper level residents and a pool guests on Labor Day.

We just moved in Nov 1, 2018. We looked at around 25 properties and selected YHC! We met with Melissa, walked the property than went to 3 Sheets restaurant conveniently located on the property, had lunch which was also amazing the food, the service, the presentation of the food and the ambiance. Far better than I would have expected!! I looked at my lovely wife and asked her, "is this it" she smiled and said, "I think so". In her office at home she has a inspirational wall and one of the them says, "My goal is to create a life I don't need a vacation from" I looked at her and asked, (as I had the thought of this quote in my mind) "Do you feel that your on vacation here?", she said, "yes". That was it, we knew this was the right place. This place feels like your at a resort. The marina, the yachts, the Columbia River, you can see the high rise buildings over in Vancouver as well as the draw bridge to get there. One of the nicest swimming pools we have seen on any property and heated year round. Huge, let me say that again huge pool and huge spa!! The icing on the cake is this gorgeous view of the American flag blowing in the wind. Love this place. They have a place just below the restaurant that you can rent wave runners, kayaks, paddle boards etc. another point we want to make is...... it is incredibly quiet here. Love the underground parking, especially after living at the Ardea where they had three levels and it took literally two minutes to get to our spot. Each building has its own underground parking and its only one level, yay! Prices are great here for what you get. Everything is so clean, everywhere. I've heard about the traffic issues. So the ideal candidate to live here is where one works out of their home so traffic is not an issue as it is with my lovely wife or you do go on the road but have the flexibility of when you leave. They have a better than average gym here, very good size. Francesca, and Melissa The Greystar staff has been very friendly and attentive to our needs before and after we moved in. The maintenance staff has been great, Jose has been here three times and has our place all dialed in. He was very pleasant to work with and very kind and respectful. So, we moved here to be on vacation, a working vacation but a vacation none the less. Thank you to the Team at The Yacht Harbor Club, oh and we can't forget the 'snob' appeal, how many people can say they live on an Island?, lol. Have fun and enjoy.

We’ve been residents at Yacht Harbor for a year. It is a great home for us “down-sizers” and we never tire of the river and marina views. Coming here from close-in PDX was a no-brainer. Not only are the buildings and units comfortable, well-appointed and convenient — stainless steel appliances, W/D in the unit, gym, club room, pool and hot tub — what more do we need? And a really nice walking, biking & boating, plus 3 Sheets, a wonderful restaurant and bar! Recent change in management team, Nikki, Francesca, Melissa, Adam and Jose, are the BEST! YH is worth the drive!!! Get away from the maddening crowds ??

Complete and expensive waste of your money. Asked for what is advertised or promised....And prepare to be insulted, lied to, and then your rent lost.... Wow!

Ever since Greystar took over our complex, things have gone down hill. We've had problems that stem from abuse of our amenities to an unsafe environment of current residents....policies that are being broke with nothing being done about it (ie- smoking on-site) to amenities that we pay for not working for LONG extended periods of time. What once was a great property, has become no longer important to management. It's the tenants that water the plants in the hallways & clean up the grounds. The dog area that they consider a "park" is just a fenced off parcel that has unfortunately become a place where some tenants think it's ok to just let their pets poop & not clean up after. Those that DO clean up have found it's not even a decent place to take their dogs, as not only is it riddled with poo, but the can that is just outside the fence to discard dog poo is always overflowing. We are all of a sudden being charged for amenities that have always been included in the past. False advertising on apartment amenities are frustrating. There's not one resident, and we know MANY here, that are happy with the "job" that they are doing here. Not one of us plans to renew and there are quite a few of us who have leases ending in the next few months. It's a shame. This used to be a GREAT place to live! Not anymore...
What you are promised, you will NOT get. I have lived here for 10 months now. Almost every single thing that was promised by the original management company when I signed my lease was not followed through on. In addition, I have a serious medical condition which I was assured would be accommodated. Four management companies later (in under one year!), it's a huge problem and my health has declined significantly as a result of their failure to keep their promises. The apartments are beautiful, but walls and floors are thin so plan to hear your neighbors all of the time. Many of the promised amenities are still not available or were not made available as discussed. I had a sewage leak from shoddy construction in my apartment and had to move to another unit. Security has been rude and threatening for no reason. Hosting guests, which used to be fine, is suddenly not allowed. You can do much, much better for the price. It is shameful. Avoid at all costs no matter what 'incentive' they promise. There is a reason they can't keep their tenants. They don't keep their word.

We lived in the Pearl 8 years! Rent became out of line so forced to seek a new home ! I am very happy to report that moving to the Yacht Harbor Club has been best thing ever!! The management team continues to go above and beyond to make this place GREAT!! We couldn't have chosen a better place to call home!!
