Property Ratings at Yahara Terrace
We couldn't ask to live in a better apartment. We moved from a place down the street, that at the time seemed like a good place to live, but we soon released that the Yahara Terrace was the place we needed to move to. The amenities here are outrageously nice, the gym is large, there are large common areas, they are extremely dog and pet friendly (they do a pet of the month and give great prizes), it's clean, the neighbors are nice and the management isn't even comparable to other apartments we have lived in. Frances is the property manager and she is AMAZING!
This building is incredible beautiful and the location is perfect! The community is incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff are amazing to work with, especially Alexis! Moving here was the best decision we have made.

I leased a single bed/bath apartment at Yahara and the management staff are incredibly nice and very helpful. My apartment is beautiful and the other tenants have all been incredibly welcoming, which is amazing when moving to a new place/town. I have a big dog that is rapidly making friends and the parks around the apartment building are great for exploring! The attached restaurant is also very good and the apartment gym is really convenient. Overall, a really great apartment complex.

Been here less that 2 years and just moved out. There have been 3 different managers, my rent has been raised yet have been unable to use the outdoor “amenities” (grills, fire pit and even my porch) all summer due to construction, garage lights not working, garbage shoot broken for months , intercom not working for months and now unable to store things in my garage space forcing most of us to pay for storage....of course more money for them. Underground parking is $75 a month. They must think it’s downtown Madison or something. The new place across the street gives a free underground parking with rental. And to add insult to injury they offer $500 off rent for a referral but keep increasing rent for people who live here and want to renew. That alone is bad business! SMH!!!
The ownership recently changed hands, so hopefully they make some changes. The intercom has work for less than half of the 11 months that I’ve lived here. If the restaurant is busy you will be spending a couple minutes driving around looking for a spot. Currently there are multiple lifts in the back of the building and they are taking up eight precious parking spots for the folks that weren’t lucky enough to get an underground spot for $75/month. My email for renewed informed me they are raising rent by $55 per month. They have made no improvements to deserve more money than they are already getting. The garbage chute has been broken for weeks now, but allegedly there’s a “spending freeze” due to the ownership transition and so maintenance requests are just sitting and not being handled.
I currently live here. Views=beautiful. Apartment= Wonderful. Management/Service/Friendliness= Atrocious. My advice= Look to live to somewhere else.
I am a past resident of treysta. Recently I had a package that was delivered there by mistake. When I called and talked to the front desk person to see how I should go about retrieving my package I was told that it was not his responsibility to help me find it and was eventually hung up on. I gave this apartment complex $16,000. I would have thought that I deserved some courtesy and respect. I guess not.
