Yarn Works is a nice place to live. It feels safe, clean, and fairly quiet. We love our big, open apartment with so many big windows. The staff is always very kind and attentive. Maintenance has always responded quickly and been very kind. The gym is always clean and offers a good amount of machines.

Yarn works is by far the nicest apartment complex I have seen in Fitchburg. I like the fact that there are cameras in and outside of the building. The staff are respectful and professional. Issues/Requests are taken care of in a timely manner.

I moved to Fitchburg from Dorchester with my 2 year old son. I have custody of him and I would have never imagined living in such a beautiful place. This is my very first apartment and I still can't believe it's ours. I love the management team and the neighbors are amazing and friendly.

I love Yarn works and very happy I made the decision to move here. I love the apartment and management are responsive to any issues that I have encountered. There is plenty of parking and snow removal is done in a quick manner.
A beautiful combination of industrial, rustic, open and bright also allowing us to bring our own esthetics to make it feel like home.

The apartment is beautiful. Large windows . I have a sunny location for my many plants. management is very nice and willing to help with anything . Location is close to restaurntants , banking and grocery shopping.

It has been almost a month since we first moved in and it has been an excellent experience so far! There have been no issues whatsoever besides the terrible water pressure at certain times. The apartment itself is beautiful and feels as though we are living in a quaint city suburb. The building is very quiet for the most part and the property staff is extremely kind and helpful.

Yarn Works is a vibrant community of all ages, well managed, very safe and clean. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the units are amazing with 20 foot ceilings!
Yarn works is a beautiful rustic factory building tucked away in fitchburg away from the city. I love the high ceilings and rustic brick accents within the apartments.The original factory conveyor belts add a touch of history to the place. The management is responsive and friendly and always involved with the community here.

The staff do a great job of creating a community environment and they go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that each resident feels proud of calling Yarn Works home. In fact, I wanted to borrow a tool to hang some art and within 20 minutes, Bob was at our door and volunteered to hang it for us.
