Yorkshire Apartments

I've been living here for awhile now, and though things could be better the staff is friendly, helpful and the development and facilities have been appreciated.

The apartments are old, so I expect to have some issues and anytime I have a problem, they come and help. The people who work here are kind and respectful. The only problem I really wish they would fix is my cast iron tub rusting. They apparently don’t handle fixing that, which doesn’t make sense to me.

So far so good, the laundry room could be better. 3 of both washer and dryer and when I washed my clothes the washer didn’t spin. They were drenched and I had to put them in another washer for spin cycle. Upside is, it’s free but not enough for the complex.

Absolutely love our experience here. We love how quiet and peaceful it is as well as diverse. We had an emergency leak from our boiler on Sunday and maintenance was here within 20 minutes that we called. Excellent service

I absolutely love it here! Staff is great! Maintenance is great and the complex is beautiful in a quiet country setting! Located in beautiful downtown Rock Hill and is close to all the restaurants, library and all the cool stores! I don't see myself living anywhere else!

I still hate it here. You get charged for an exterminator but I have not seen one since I’ve been here. You get charged twice for water and then sewer. The updated remodeled apartments aren’t updated they are horrible the price I pay is ridiculous I can’t wait for my lease to expire.

Management has been friendly and very helpful, making the move in process easy and smooth. After a devastating house fire, they were able to help us quickly secure housing.

Nice smooth move in process. They have went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for move in. Completed my first maintenance request extremely fast.

Love this place, is really quiet place. Administration are awesome always answer my questions and maintenance are super efficient. I recommend live here 100%

Great place to live. It’s quiet and affordable compared to other apartments in the area. I just wish they would update the bathrooms and kitchen.

With all the residents in this complex, everytime I go into the office, Lisa knows my name, my unit and any other personal information. This has been the first time a large complex employee has been so friendly.

I have absolutely enjoyed the past year living here. It is a very quiet complex, which is perfect for me. Anytime I have an issue it is always addressed right away.

I actually like Yorkshire Apartments and management office. I have always liked. They’re very kind and try to do everything as fast as I can. The maintenance team has always been awesome.

It's very cozy and quiet. The neighborhood is very inviting with the trees and the property being tucked in the area. I would refer friends and family.

Nice customer service, affordable prices. Strict rules that make it safe to live. Beautiful pool and outsides. Don’t believe there might be a cleaning service for an apartment before move in , so I’ll have to clean it and desinfect it yourself preferably. Laundry is free and is pretty nice if can’t afford to go to one.

I've had several issues maintenance wise. The buildings need updated but the staff is friendly. And the new maintenance supervisor is much more friendlier. I hope the issues don't persist but all in all, I've had a great time staying here. I think I would recommend it despite the issues I've faced.

This is a great place to live. Its quiet, safe, office personnel are very professional. There is plenty parking for the residents and guests. Rent is affordable and most of all it just 5 minutes of Cherry Rd where you find supermarkets like Aldi Publix and Walmart Market, plenty of Gas Stations and restaurants. It’s 10 minutes from Downtown Rock Hill and if you are a shopper like me, it’s heaven any store you can think off and restaurants

Great community. Great staff. I have by far some of the best neighbors I’ve ever lived around. Also, I love how quiet the complex usually is.

It's been lovely! Lisa is great. Everyone is very neighborly and kind. Maintenance is great as well! Me and my partner have had a great experience.

Great atmosphere, law-enforcement presence makes you feel at ease and peace of mind. Great location and friendly staff. I have lived here for approximately two years and had have had a good experience so far. With new service department for repairs I’m looking for good things for 2025. They are already making a major difference.

I like the area. It's quiet most of the time. It's just some neighbors are loud and have no respect for their fellow neighbors. I feel if you live in an apartment complex everyone should be considered of their neighbors and there are some here that doesn't seem to feel that way. Other than that I really love the area and everyone that works here are very kind.

Absolutely love it here! From the management to the community. It’s all around one of my favorite places that I have lived. The gardens close by are also beautiful

Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. Community is mostly quiet and well maintained. Unfortunately, neighbor's children make a lot of noise day and night.

Just a cool place to live. We are across from the park and the amount of weddings we see are amazing and we love it. Management is so awesome as well 2nd to none very supportive of the residents.

There is a bunch of stuff to do and everything is nice but i would say that bathrooms need remodeling and there is bugs in my apartment. but hopefully that’s a normal thing in apartments.

Apartments are nice, Some are outdated, but they are trying to fix them up. Nice man nice clean neighborhood. The cost is average, no higher than Any other apartment around here

My Mom and I are so happy to move into a beautiful quiet tree lined apartment complex! Awesome kind considerate staff made our moving experience a breeze!

Great experience with management and community . No complaints.work request are worked very quickly . Questions are always answered in a timely manner

I enjoy being a resident here. It's very peaceful and quiet. The location is convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. I would definitely refer friends and family.

I have lived that Yorkshire Apartments for the past 4 years. I recently just moved out due to buy a home, but I would have continued to stay here if I didn't buy my new home. My experience has been great. The management team is very friendly and gets back to any request in a timely manner. My neighbors in building 875 were very friendly and treated everyone with respect.

So far everything has been great. We moved from New York and we truly believe this was the best thing we've could have done. Love how cozy it feels.

I've enjoyed living here at Yorkshire, the staff is friendly and it's fairly quiet here. I love that they are very pet friendly. Maintenance responds pretty quickly when needed also.

Mrs. Lisa is awesome, she may be the best part of the experience at Yorkshire because I hate this apartment but I’m trying to make it the best! But this apartment is run down and nasty! Dog hair was everywhere(never had a dog) got bit by fleas cleaning the apartment. The flooring is coming apart, the bathroom cabinets need replacing they are rusted, raggedy and oh so outdated. My window sills were nasty and full of bugs. The walls and baseboards are dinged up, parts of the counters are burnt and missing pieces. I could go on but I’ll stop here ??

Staff are nice. Most of the neighbors are polite and quiet, other than a few exceptions. The pool and dog park are wonderful. I also like that several law officers live here, because it does make it feel safer. I'm also happy that pets are welcomed and accepted here.

Absolutely love being here. The ladies in the office are absolute Rockstars and the community has been so welcoming. My children have loved the pool along with the playground. It’s been a blessing for sure.

The move in went fine but there were couple of hick ups with the apartment but other than that the apartment has been great and Lisa has been very helpful :)

I won’t be renewing my lease but the 2 years I have lived here has been a great experience for me. Neighborhood is quiet neighbors are quiet

The office staff is very helpful whenever you need help with anything . They can help you with your questions about renewal on your lease and help you understand the options you have before submitting your lease

Not what I expected or was told it would be. Apartment could have been much cleaner. Did not get items in apartment we were told we would have. Very disappointed.

Neighborhood is pretty clean and quiet. I have really good neighbors. Wish I had a updated unit but other than that the unit is good. I like that the park is right across the street

I love it here it’s peaceful and a friendly environment been here about five months so far i would tell anyone that living here it’s a good choice

I just want to say that I appreciate how the staff are so nice and polite and patient and understanding sometimes in life things happen but you guys seem to always work it out with me so thank you you guys are doing a great job

I have had a great experience so far in the community. Anytime I have a problem it is always addressed quickly. I really haven't met anyone here, but they do seem very friendly when I see them in passing.

I absolutely LOVE staying in Yorkshire Apartments! It is so quiet, DEFINITELY kid-friendly, the neighbors are AMAZING and I can not forget about the office staff! The love shown to me and my family is unimaginable! I have finally found a place to call home

Neighbors keep to themselves, apartment is very nice and up to date. There was quite a few maintenance problems upon arrival having access to free laundry is a plus but not when 2 out of the 3 washers aren’t working properly

The experience has been overall pleasant. Staff is lovely and friendly. Maintenance is always responsive and courteous to your space. I will and have recommend this complex to others.

Great community, Great living environment.. only thing I would change about it is the pest issues from time to time. The water bugs at night are sometimes crazy

This apartment complex is very well kept. I have no issues with the other renters that live around me and my building is quiet. The only issue that I have had is the parking area has standing water after it rains. The water has no runoff and is blocked by the fence.l, even if it doesn't rain for a while the water is still there and it becomes muddy.

So far we have absolutely loved it. We Love all the amenities and Martie and Lisa were so helpful getting us adjusted! We are also so glad to be able to have our fur baby and a place where he is accepted and loved!

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The grounds upkeep is wonderful. The atmosphere is perfect. I would definitely refer other friends/family to apply here.
