Walk along Main Street and visit the Gresham History Museum to see a collection of artifacts and explore the town’s past; the museum was built 1913 as the Gresham Carnegie Library and the English Tudor style building is as elegant as it is historic.
Downtown Gresham is an artistic area, filled with delightful outdoor art. After moving to Downtown Gresham, be sure to visit the Gresham for the Arts Plaza, located off Kelly Avenue near Hood Avenue. The plaza hosts a variety of events throughout the year, such as Music Mondays and Third Thursday. The Downtown Gresham Memory Wall is another must-visit. This mural depicts events throughout Gresham’s history and was done by artist Lee Lauitzen. Take the kids to Main City Park, a large park with an off-leash dog area, playgrounds, a Japanese garden, and a skate park.

Good location
Location is good. I like washer and dryer hook ups. Large floor 2 closets in one room and fenced yard. Large area to play for kids and dogs. Extra parking is really nice.

Terrible neighbors, terrible landlord, amenities list is a lie
Neighbors are completely disrespectful of others. Loud noises(sounds like they’re constantly moving furniture, jumping up and down) at all hours. The landlord has absolutely no concern. I’ve expressed the issues and been told that there’s no 3rd party evidence. Ok, then why is the neighbor on the opposite side of them moving out because they’re sick of all the noise? They’ve also reached out and the manager has done absolutely nothing. Probably because she’s friends with the neighbors which is why they get preferential treatment. As for the amenities, there are no granite countertops, there are no laundry facilities, the new dog run that we’re required to use has been locked. There’s more but you get the idea. Search elsewhere you’ll find no peace or solace here.
