Property Ratings at Young's Mill Apartments
Long time resident here, I will say this was by far the worst experience ever, and I’m only considering the last six months. They switched management companies and from there it has completely went downhill. They went up on rent without any improvements. Everything is dated, they never answer the phone, maintenance is a joke. I do not recommend to anyone.

We are glad that you enjoyed your home here! If you are ever relocate again, I hope you consider us again.
Clean, quite and very diligent maintance worker. Good neighbor and around lot store
This place is nice but they don't allow pets of any kind, at this time I want a small dog so at the end of this lease I will be relocating
I've been in my apartment for almost 3 years & I absolutely love it. I'm currently looking to downsize a bit to a smaller apartment, but would love to be able to remain with Young's Mill Apartments.
The apartment complex is pretty nice. It is not a new complex but they have 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms which is nice. When I first moved in 15 years ago their were hardly any kids. Now it has turned into a family neighborhood. We even have a policeman who lives in the complex which gives comfort. The maintenance crew does a great job. I really don't have anything bad to say.
I lived at young mills apartment and overall it was a great experience I only had one tiny problem and it was my frigerator which was replaced very quickly. They are very nice people in the office who love there residence.
Quiet, safe neighborhood. Great price for a larger apt. Maintenance is friendly and quick. Been here 2 years and Love it here.
