Property Ratings at Mountain Shadows
Overpriced. 7 month cockroach infestation. Maintenance doesn't do anything. Unkept pool. Gave non-renewal notice with 60 days to get out with no explanation. Do not move here!
Great view of Pikes Peak and only a few minutes away from Manitou Springs, Downtown, and Garden of the Gods. In the cold winter months the building is nice and warm inside so it feels great to come in at the end of the day.The management does an excellent job taking care of the property, keeping it clean, and attending to whatever needs the tenants might have. They also come up with nice ways to bring the tenants together.
