Bad apt, bad neighborhood
I have an apt with my girlfriend. Our apt is 1 bed/1 bath, upstairs and is very small. No central heat/air. Maintenance is not kept up at all. Neighborhood is horrible, car has been broken into numerous times. We are currently looking to move. Free rent would be absolutely incredible and would help out tremendously as my girlfriend and I try to grow into a family.
