Satisfied

The manager is really nice and takes care of any problems as soon as I ask. I've only had one major problem in the last year and it was when my sink got clogged. Other than that everything has been good here. I've seen a roach here and there when I first moved in, but I've been keeping clean and my manager called an exterminator and I haven't seen one in 8 months now. It's nice having all the utilities paid for in the rent and a free parking spot also. Overall, this apartment is great for a couple or anyone living by them self. The price is very affordable and it's rare to come across a place like this for a low price in Hollywood, CA.
