Snug between the grassy plains and mountain peaks, Fort Collins is a treat for the eyes. It’s also home to Colorado State University, a top-ranking school known for academic excellence. Like many college towns, Fort Collins provides a variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment in its downtown district, but the pull of the beautiful landscape might draw you outdoors most often. The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.

Property Ratings at Yugo Fort Collins Grove
I do not recommend living at the grove. They are very unprofessional and lazy. Any mantienence order that is not deemed as an emergency will not get fixed for several days because their maintenance supervise has to order the parts and is never available. I have had several problems with the grove such as a bees nest being created in my window, ceiling in the living room leaking, closet shelf breaking completely off of the wall, bug problems, etc. In lamest terms, this apartment is cheap and outdated. Pay the price to live somewhere nicer such as the cottages or else you will have a horrible living experience.
The apartments themselves are fine. Really cheap furniture, but the rooms are pretty spacious. The internet is fast, and more reliable than it used to be. And it's nice to have your own bathroom and a washer and dryer. But the awful management is reason enough to avoid this place like the plague. I lived there for three years (for some reason) and never stopped having problems. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. The bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned, and the carpets turned our feet black. Abandoned bikes sat and took up precious space in the bike racks for a year, despite my several complaints and several promises that they would be taken care of. I renewed my lease partly because they offered incentives to do so, such as bringing a professional cleaning service to my unit, but that never happened, despite me reminding the office twice. I gave up after that. Additionally, the visa gift card I received for referring a friend was only half the amount I was initially told it would be. Don't rent here if you want any sort of peace and quiet. There's constant partying, and I've walked by multiple puddles of vomit on the sidewalks and stairs. We had downstairs neighbors who regularly made our floors vibrate with their loud music, even on weekday mornings. It was a problem right up until I moved out, despite many complaints from us and other units in the vicinity. Don't waste your money here!
Been the absolute worst experience since the day I moved in. Moved in an extremely dirty apartment not to mention they promised me room A (which is almost twice the size of b), gave me the key to room A just to awkwardly open the door to see my roommate was already moved in there. I went to the front desk, they didn’t even apologize and gave me the key to room B. The carpet is coming up, the furniture is TRASHED, our dishwasher has been broken for months, very small rooms and living space, I have no idea how they get away with charging so much. The front desk is always rude, the tanning beds have half the bulbs out, the gym is tiny and always nasty, the pool chairs are broken and the pools always dirty. Maintenance will come in without knocking and not leave a note if you weren’t there so you don’t even know if they’ve been in your apartment. Waste of my money and time.

Collins are here for you.
In early June I cancelled a contract I had signed in the spring. I decided not to take the apartment. They forced me to pay a $300 community use fee for the year I would have lived there even though I would never live there. It's a scam! If they do this, what other hidden fees are they going to stick you with? Don't rent here.

I thought it was a great place to live. It was furnished and had a well thought out design. The living room had nice furniture and the kitchen was very modern. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and was also furnished with a bed, dressers, and a desk. I was very impressed with their lock and key system on main doors in which they used the most modern technology. It made me feel safe.
