We’ve lived in a few apartments form California to Georgia to Nashville and Cortland West Nash has been far the best experience. From the friendly and personable staff, to the maintenance and wonderful amenities. Having a great time here so far. Love the on site coffeehouse and the staff there is awesome too. The apartment layout and finishes are amazing as well. Also a lot of cute doggies!

We have been living at Cortland West Nashville for 6 months and the experience has been fantastic. Incredible staff and great amenities all close enough to downtown to be a part of it, but far enough away to give you a chance to miss it.

We absolutely love living here! Any issues we’ve ever had (which have been minimal) are always addressed right away. From leasing the apartment to the maintenance team, everyone is eager to help and helps with a smile on their face. Unlike any customer service I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!!

Cortland west nashville has been nothing short of incredible. Working in this line of business, I can be hard to please- LOL! Everyone has done an incredible job communicating, checking in and providing a great experience. The property is always clean, amenities are amazing and work orders are addressed quickly and professionally.

Cortland is a hidden gem close to Nashville! It felt convenient and friendly from the day I toured.

Cortland West Nashville is a beautiful community. The apartments are modern and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Sitting at the pool in the summer is like being at a resort. I have had nothing but great experience with the service team and my service requests are always done timely and with a smile. I am a single mom with a teenage daughter and I feel safe living here. It’s a quiet community and I’ve had great experiences with my neighbors. With all of this being said the only downfall for me is that rent is high and getting harder for me to afford.

These are the true definition of luxury or premier apartment living. The community is outstanding. All the amenities are great. Over fantastic place to live.

I moved here at the beginning of 2023 and have loved it since the day I received my keys. I’m from ATL and only had limited time here to hunt for apartments. Ren was super awesome and gave me a virtual tour and walked me through the entire application process online. Living here for a year has been absolutely fantastic and everyone is so kind and considerate. Highly recommend!

When I was trying to find apartments in Nashville, I looked at a lot of places. When I stumbled across Cortland West Nashville and I toured it I knew it was the place for me. Between community events and all the amenities this place has to offer it just felt like the right fit. It’s quiet and it feels comforting here. I’m glad I decided renting with Cortland.

I've lived at a lot of apartment complexes, but Cortland West is the best community I've ever lived at. The staff put on tons of social events so you actually meet and make friends with your neighbors. It feels like being back on a college campus- you can have a great Friday night without ever needing to drive anywhere. There's an onsite coffee/wine bar and a great dinner place and bar across the street. The amentities are fantastic and the management and staff are so friendly and always helpful. We love living here!

I am extremely happy to be here and be apart of the Cortland community. It has made my feelings of moving across country much less negative since I am at such a beautiful apartment complex. Now that spring has sprung it’s been even more beautiful. Can’t express enough how happy I am and eager for summer!

Convenient location. Excellent staff. Great amenities, such as large pool, gym, chill room, guest apartment, dog park, on site coffee shop, covered parking available, app controlled gated entry. Very close to interstate access, and shopping and food choices.

The Cortland team has been great. One thing that I really appreciate is how they emphasize cleanliness around the community. I also love how dog friendly the entire staff and community is. Aside from that, all of my emails/calls are always answered right away and have been extremely helpful.

This is a great community in a perfect location in west Nashville. The amenities are amazing and it feels like home. My dogs love the dog park and all their fur friends we have made here.

As someone who had to choose an apartment before I could even move to the city and see it, I am very happy with my choice. From the time I did a virtual tour up until move in day and behind I’ve been shown nothing but kindness. The amenities and appliances are even better than I could have imagined. It’s truly been an great experience so far.

Kaitlynn gave us a wonderful tour of Cortland West Nashville. There are so many beautiful amenities~ from the gorgeous swimming pool, to the expansive workout area to the terrific coffee shoppe. The individual apartments are spacious and beautifully appointed.

The Cortland team is always going above and beyond, I wouldn’t want to live any place else!

Cortland West Nashville is a gorgeous property right off I-40 and Charlotte Pike. It takes 15 minutes to get downtown and is super close to Target, Costco, and even Trader Joe's. The staff is amazing- especially Makenzie, who has always been helpful when I have questions or need anything. The grounds are also looking amazing!

I have lived here for over a year and nothing beats the amenities and the people that live here. From a resort style pool, gorgeous 24 hour gym, to a lovely game room, you can never be bored. I love sand volleyball and it’s great that they have a court. Everyone is warm and welcoming and it’s easily to meet people at their 4-6 resident events they hold each month. Couldn’t recommend living here more!

The lack of communication when we first moved in caused an ungodly amount of stress on me and my partner but we worked with the community director and we were able to come to an agreement that worked for all of us. However shortly after moving in cars started to get broken into and the back gate continuously breaks in an open position there’s also strangers in the dog park and pool area that openly mock that they do not live here but still use the amenities and that’s not counting the countless cars that have been broken into since we moved in. It’s concerning to me so much so that for the first time in my life I had to purchase a security system to regain some of my peace.

This is the best place in Nashville to Live! The best community and feels like home! I love it here!

Recently moved to the -one bed apartment . Though not too big , it takes care of the needs . It’s a 10 - 15 min drive to downtown . Good office space for working , swimming pool , coffee shop , it’s got decent facilities , community events , Walmart is close . Ren was fantastic in helping in moving in . Ren answered all my questions and office staff is very friendly . Definitely recommend .

Cortland West Nashville has everything a luxury building should have. Weekly events, incredible amenities, & a very accommodating leasing staff. Ren worked with me to find the best deal for my current financial & living situation. I am very happy with my decision to move into this community!

Swimming pool is better than a resort .... amenities to galore here and community events all the time ..... Office staff is one of the best in Nashville and are always very happy to help and get request done quickly ..... Beautiful community with helpful office staff. The coffee shop was amazing! I couldn’t believe how nice the pool is which is great for the summer, along with the fire pit which is great for the great fall weather!

Outstanding living community with excellent management and maintenance personnel, close to Walmart, Lowe’s, Target, and all of Nashville West. Easy access to Interstate 40. Frequent community-sponsored resident activities! Beautiful grounds and amazing heated pool!

Cortland West is the most incredible apartment complex! I work in housing and have seen it all, and Cortland by far has the best amenities, leasing staff and maintenance team. Multiple times a week they hold resident events and it's a great way to get to know your neighbors. Everyone here is extremely welcoming and I feel very safe living here. I couldn't be living at a better apartment complex and I highly recommend everyone to move here!!!

I literally could not be happier living here. It’s been an amazing experience so far and I plan on being here for a long while! The amenities are great, always super clean, and it’s never too crowded. The community events are great, and always have a huge turnout. I think it’s especially perfect for young professionals, individuals recently out of college, and people new to Nashville.

The humidity inside my apartment was out of control. I had to throw away 4 pairs of expensive shoes because of mold. The mold even got on my furniture. I have been waking up feeling sick and I think it’s because of the mold. The fact that I have been breathing that in for months is scary. The mold also got on my bathroom ceiling and when I had a guy come in to help me get rid of it, I told him about that molding on my shoes and he did nothing to help. He said he would tell his “supervisor” and he never followed up. So I had to call again for someone to finally come in. I didn’t expect to get any help so I moved out all my stuff because I am sick and tired of my stuff getting ruined for living here. Not only was the mold starting to get on my shoes, furniture, purses, and clothes but now it’s becoming something that is affecting my breathing. I would rather sleep and have my stuff somewhere else because this place is not worth losing my belongings and health. Other than the mold, the gates in the place are always broken or there’s something wrong with them. A while back when the power in the entire complex went out, the gates were not left open and a bunch of us got stuck in the complex with no way to get out. The lack of planning on the apartment management for such was very poor. This was not a sudden power outage, this was something that they notified us about in advance. So the fact that they didn’t plan ahead for this definitely show how little our safety is prioritized in this place.

The beautiful kitchens are an outstanding feature in these apartments.

This is a very comfortable place to live, with everything you need and more. The staff at Cortland West Nashville has been amazing.

Office and Maintenance staffs provide very good customer service, the inside quality of appliances and decor is attractive, location good for shopping areas.

Gorgeous community with literally every amenity possible. Apartment is spacious and brand new. And the move-in process was super easy. We can't wait for summertime to try out the pool, sand volleyball court, and pizza ovens. Plus, my neighbor was just bragging about the live music events on the lawn that are always a big hit, so we are really looking forward to that. We love it here so far!!

I have been in Novel for just under a month now and have already met so many wonderful people! Management is helpful with questions, maintenance is timely, and residence have been exceptionally friendly :-) I went to a pool party, have enjoyed a few of the fitness classes, and my experience thus far has been great. Also -- I never hear anyone when I'm in my place (good noise-proof walls?) which is a huge bonus to apartment living!

If you have a dog this is the best place for you from the dog park, easy places to walk and many dogs in the community your dog will surely love it as much as mine. I also like how present they staff is and how safe I feel when home. If you dont want to be in the heart of downtown look no further than Novel West because its the best!

It is an incredible area to be in and having little things like a gym and pool and even a dog park for those people who have animals is such a blessing to have for being a resident in this community.
