Property Ratings at Z53
Been living here for going on two years now, the old manager Jackie was incredible, highly responsive and took pride in the property. The property was recently acquired by Wheelhouse apartments though and it’s been awful ever since. Twice just this week I was without power for several hours over the dinner hour because of a wiring issue that causes the main breaker in our apartment to trip if the building as a whole is using to much power. Tried getting ahold of anyone with the property and crickets. Took three and a half hours the first time for anyone to show up just to flip a breaker for us, second time just getting ahold of anyone in the first place was impossible. On top of the issues associated with our particular apartment the new leasing company seems to be spending less on upkeep, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing, there is trash EVERYWHERE, and they don’t seem to care. Spend $100 bucks more somewhere else and don’t give these people your money.
Just moved out today and I'm sad to leave. The landlady Jackie is extremely helpful and reasonable, which can be a somewhat rare thing with landlords. Best living experience yet!
I have been a resident at z53 for 2.5 years and I have really enjoyed it. The property is very well maintained, the leasing manager is amazing and always looks out for her residents, and it's in a safe and quiet place. Very stress free!
My daughter and I had an appointment to see an apt on Wed (aka big storm). We called and rescheduled for late Thurs afternoon. Due to coming from Ft Collins and getting into some traffic we were late. Gave her a call and let her know and she waited til after closing for us to arrive. Property is very well kept up and clean. The office/1 bed apt is very nicely decorated and also clean. The 2-bedroom was kept up and nice looking. The manager was very insiteful about the surrounding area. Also very nice. This apt is at the top of our list for relocating to the area. The managers pleasant attitude and willingness to wait for us past closing goes along ways with us. Thank you Jackie for being that person.
Called to set up a walk through and was lucky enough to get one 2 hours later. I asked the lady in the leasing office if she took lunch to which she jokingly replied “property managers don’t take lunch haha”. We set the time for 12:00 for the showing. We arrived at 12:00 and she was nowhere to be found, we waited about 25 minutes and then asked some construction workers if they knew where she was. They told me that she said she was going for lunch and would be back at 1:00. No call or anything she just left us there waiting. Ended up leaving and not seeing the apartment, so the actually living space might be nice, but very unprofessional.
