As we discussed, we did send your renewal offer ahead of your lease’s expiration, which outlined all available options, including the month-to-month rate. Our records show that you spoke with Anna, who clarified the notice period and the rates included in your offer. If there was any miscommunication on our part, we sincerely apologize for that and truly appreciate your understanding. Regarding the towing incident, we introduced a new policy last year that requires all vehicles to be registered, with ample notice provided to all residents. Unfortunately, it appears the registration was not completed in time, which led to your vehicle being towed. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and our team was happy to offer assistance with the registration to prevent this from happening again. Once the registration was updated, your vehicle was no longer affected. Please know we’re here to help and want to make sure your experience moving forward is as smooth and positive as possible. If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss or if there’s anything we can do to assist, don’t hesitate to reach out.
I figured paying $125 a month was for parking but apparently they needed me to pay more and then didn’t tell me that I had to pay more so then had my $120,000 vehicle towed was very upset with them And they didn’t care they blamed it on me. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody that is looking for honest people that take. any kind of responsibility for them not doing their job

Positives: Great location, super clean apartment, very reasonable price with incentives . Negatives: Leasing office is not communicative and lacks execution. We frequently got calls with incorrect information asking for tasks or more money. It took us forever to get paperwork and significant delays in the move in process. When we moved in, our mobile keys were not working, leaving us trapped in the building. There’s three doors we have to key into with a slow mobile app, which is inconvenient to say the least. We also had issues with our trash never being collected, despite paying the fee. The mail app didn’t recognize us for almost a week. The mandatory internet provider is not up to par, especially with the cost. We payed for a garage spot but have been parked in every day so far. Completely unacceptable. Go in with eyes wide open, if you’re not ready to push and nag management, you’re experience will not be a good one!

Great move in experience! Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, friendly residents and dog friendly. I had a leak under my bathroom sink and they took care of it within 24 hours!

My interactions with the staff were all really sweet. Maintenance is really responsive. However, the overall effectiveness of the team is low. This isn’t a solution focused property. I moved into a unit that wasn’t weather sealed and it was freezing even with the heat turned on. It felt like being in a storage unit or shipping container during winter. Getting the internet activated took almost a week because the internet provider didn’t know what unit I was in, even after I and Zia staff told them. When I moved in I reserved an elevator but other tenants kept trying to take that elevator, even with the reserved sign posted. I ended up having to pay extra for the movers to wait while the staff looked for the reserved elevator that got stuck on one of the upper floors. The unit in general wasn’t thoroughly inspected or cleaned. The stove had a burned food smell the first time I used it. There was a big chunk of old build up in the washer. These are all things that aren’t the worst, but it’s not good value for what you have to pay. Not a luxury experience.

This place was great until Kairoi took over. They came in, cleaned house with the fantastic front desk staff that was already here, and hired a bunch of new people with seemingly no transfer of power/knowledge. Just another company trying to squeeze money out of you in whatever way they can manage. All you need to do is check one of the many recent reviews that say this exact same thing. Shop literally anywhere else and don't let the price fool you - buildings like this are a dime a dozen these days, and you'll be able to find somewhere with a much better team.

* kairoi management constantly gaslighting tenants * elevator down since Halloween weekend and no communication despite Kairoi saying they’ve been communicating “constantly”. Was one of the first tenants and do not recommend moving here. Do not be blinded by there *amenities (*some amenities are off limits to half of the building and this is not advertised). Car was broken into twice in the *secure and guarded garage (* gate was consistently broken, half of garage was closed due to "construction", there was no security on duty). For the price you pay you can easily find somewhere better in Denver. Also they will nickle and dime you on cleaning fee's.
These apartments aren't safe and the management doesn't care as long as they get their check. Vehicles are being broken into on a daily basis in the parking garage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This apartment is a joke compared to other apartments in the Denver Metro. The prices are astronomically high and the return for what you pay is pennies to the dollar. Within the last 4 months, my car has been broken into 2 times and cost me close to $3,000. Management is completely negligent and only cares about getting paid. They will lie and then the corporation will continue their lies and put additional burdens on the tenants to deal with their problems. For the amount of money they are charging, look somewhere else.
There are so many reasons not to live here, but the highlights are: maintenance lies to management and says things are the tenant's fault, management does not call for additional maintenance help when they say they will, one elevator crushed my foot and I was limping for 3 weeks, and the theft in the parking garage is a disaster. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
The parking is a nightmare. If you park in the garage your car will get stolen regardless of the garage costing $700. The apartments are deceivingly nice. Our floor boards and cabinets have all broken. The garbage is always full. And the dog poop bin is never emptied. Don’t move here. I would get out of my lease early they wanted me to pay too much.
We were excited to find a awesome looking building with a good location. Our experience has been poor as communication is inconsistent and lacking. Apartments suffer from numerous construction issues. Advertised charging stations charge are overpriced.
