Zig

I've been living here since November 2020. The feeling of safety has gone down hill and so have the amenities. I never thought for what I pay rent wise here that I would feel unsafe, and the last year I have felt very unsafe that I now have to buy a security camera just for the hallway. The fire pit on the rooftop hasn't worked in the past almost 3 years, and they removed the nice workout bicycle in the dungeon gym, and replaced it with a really old bicycle. The hallways used to be accessible by fob entry only and now some of those entry points have been tempered so much with that they open without need for a fob. The unhoused crisis can happen anywhere and is a major issue in the city of Seattle so I wish they would be more on top of monitoring the security cameras here for safety sake.

I've only recently moved in, but I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far. The community is great. Extremely accessible to get to anywhere I need. Clean and new spaces. Great experience so far.

I really love the location. There are lots of great coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and plenty of places to explore nearby. The rooftop area is very nice with great views of downtown. The building is very clean, safe and secure. The staff are very friendly and management is extremely responsive.

Zig is a perfectly adequate apartment complex, in a good location, for a moderate price.

Zig is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The team here, especially Michael are the most helpful and friendly people I’ve ever met. They host wonderful events, have many great amenities like hello Alfred, package concierge, security, gym, parking, storage, rooftop deck with dog relief area, etc. One of my favorite parts of living here is my neighbors as well, they are all friendly and genuine which is hard to find in the Seattle freeze.

I'm someone that loves living in the city, and I know the pros and cons that come with that. I love city ambiance and the idea of being surrounded by constant energy, but I also acknowledge that sometimes the city can feel dangerous and uneasy. I feel safe inside of my Zig apartment, and the area gives off a vibe of comfort. I know the staff is doing their best to keep the building clean and keep their tenants happy, and their effort definitely shows. It makes me glad that I chose to stay inside of this apartment, because I can now live in the city without any fear or concern of any nearby danger.

Common areas are always clean. Repairs are made in a timely manner. A bit of noise pollution but nothing that can’t be drowned out with a fan or air purifier

Very simple but very nice and clean with good security, friendly staff, and nice apartments.

Zig has lots to offer. from secured parking and package deliveries to gym and rooftop accessibility. Zig is concenient to restaurants, hospital and schools. it has it’s own mini dog park. love the view.

This apartment is in a great location, has friendly staff, always cleaned, awesome amenities and rooftop. The apartment and package room is secure and is convenient for students, nurses, and young professionals

I like the apartment it suits my needs. I hate hearing the sirens at night when I'm trying to sleep. But over all it's a nice place to live.

All the team is very worm, thoughtful and communicates vary well during the process of renting . It’s usually a stressful process but at Zig the team made it work smoothly until now when I got the keys.

I just moved in but feel very welcome. Leasing team has been great and super helpful! Looking forward to a great new space! Unit was extremely clean when I moved in and all areas are maintained well

I love living here, other than an awful experience trying to get my lease renewed it’s been great! It wasn’t the fault of the on site team either, they’ve been awesome with everything from basic questions to apartment maintenance.

A shoutout to the leasing office folks: Michael & Asiana. They have made my move very easy and possible. They recently hosted a rooftop party and took care of everone. And Asiana know how to flip a burger haha. All your complaints will be solved ASAP. And they are always available at the leasing office during thier office hours.

Just moved in to a 2 bedroom at Zig a week ago, but my brother has lived here for 3 years. I love the area, Office management has been super helpful and friendly. The layouts of the apartments are great and just general convenience of location is perfect for me. I have been waiting for three years for a larger two bedroom to become available so they are hard to come by. Overall I’m very happy that was able to get in here, and so far my experience has been great.

This entire community doesn’t make sense to me. There are like 4 doors you can exit the community from. But you CANNOT enter through these doors?!? Even with a fob?!? The operations & the way it was designed/built; Very mediocre & inconvenient. The maintenance staff is very unprofessional & unresponsive.

The Zig apartment building is a comfortable building in a nice part of town. It has some grocery outlets and comfort food places nearby, and it feels like a safe place to be. It's biggest downside is its parking, where it's really uncomfortable and compact. Also, because the location is on a hill, it can be inconvenient to return to the apartment if you've gone out for a walk.

I have been here a few years and really enjoy the neighborhood and building. The staff is very responsive and beyond helpful. Noise wise, it's not that bad and you get used to it, the it being living in a city. I don't hear neighbors at all.

Zig is an amazing welcoming community. The management are excellent, and the community is wonderful too. They provide affordable yet very high quality standard of living in one of Seattle’s most popular areas, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to move here.

So far, so good! Michael, the leasing manager helped me tremendously with my application and I’m so grateful for all his hard-work in completing everything right when my lease is up. I was able to move in on time. Janay, the community manager is so friendly and accommodating. She reassures you and tells you what is needed, just need to ask her. They’re all pretty communicative. So that’s awesome. Autumn and Alex, the leasing agents who helped me to get my unit were both awesome and were responsive with answering all my questions whether in person or during the tour. The staff of Zig apartments is rare gem and should be protected at all costs. I have lived on several apartment buildings and the management team are sometimes the worst part of living in them. I really hope I get to stay in this complex for a long time. The building itself is great, location is perfect, and the amenities are top-notch. Couldn’t really ask for more. Thank you, Zig Team!

I love living here, minimum sounds between walls and floors. Don't hear cars driving by, windows shut real nice! Nice amenities and leasing agents!!

Zig is awesome. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've lived here several years and I love it.

Quiet and clean place. Lack of amenities however and expensive for what it is. Shower head pressures could be better

Im enjoying my stay here at Zig. There have only been minor issues and staff has been responsive and quick to resolve them.

The management team made moving across the country a dream. I couldn't have been more excited when I got to walk into my new home. Public transport is close by as well as way too much good food

I'm very happy here at Zig. The common area is nice and staff are helpful. They took the time to find a parking spot that would work for me and are always cordial. My apartment is really nice and the rent is reasonable. I would recommend Zig as a good place to live.

Facilities are new and well kept, it is a very easy place to live, and have not had any complaint so far. (3 month resident for reference).

The zig offers tons of good amenities and a lovely environment for living that makes it super easy to ask questions and receive answers. All the staff even down to maintenance staff are incredibly fun and happy all the time and i enjoy their parties and events they work hard to host for the community.

I've been moved in for a few weeks and I love my room. Could be a bit bigger but that's literally the only issue. Everything else is so great that it makes up for that IMO.

Zig has done a great job of making our new apartment feel like a home rather than just a place to live. the overall staff, accommodations and community has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Zig stumbled upon us, and we are so lucky to have it as our home. The building and package concierge is secure, the units are modern, management is welcoming, and the amenities (rooftop) is my safe haven. The location is the perfect home for us.

I've lived at Zig since I've moved to Seattle, over 2.5 years now, and have even recommended the place to others who have moved to the area. Kind associates who care about their residents and work hard to provide exemplary service. I am so appreciative to live at a place that feels like home from the people who work there.

The zig is awesome! We have lived here for a year and plan on living her for more years to come. The leasing office does a great job of communication and creating a fun community to be involved with. The apartments are really nice and modern. Also it is just so convenient since we live close to many things to socialize

I've had a great experience at Zig thus far. The property management team was incredibly professional and so personable. Mimi made my move in experience a great one. She was hospitable, timely, followed up, and made sure that everything was in order for me to move in even with short notice. I love the rooftop, the views are awesome! My unit has plenty of storage, beautiful windows that allow plenty of light in, modern appliances, and the wood floors are a really nice color. The interior of the building is well maintained and clean. The location is great for walking, whether I'm heading downtown or need to stop by the grocery store, everything is pretty close by.

The building is clean, staff is always helpful, and its nice to having restaurants downstairs in the retail space.

The move in process with the help of Laura and Mimi were fantastic, they were really knowledgeable with everything and were able to work around with my schedule. I love the amenities that are available here that I saw during the tour and hope is open soon. The location is amazing it is so close to everything. Whether you want to go grab a bite to eat or grocery shop there are so many places to choose from.

When I moved to Seattle 2 years ago, I moved right into Zig Apartments and theyve certainly made my experience in Seattle that much more enjoyable. The friendly staff is my favorite part.

The goldilocks of downtown Seattle apartments. Incredible, professional, and caring management and staff. I feel very safe and secure in the complex. Zig encourages their residents to be environmentally conscious (recycling program and compost bin) and provide energy star appliances. Apartment layouts feel spacious and modern. Also the location right on Broadway is perfect with a soothing walk around Seattle U, close access to public transport, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and the choice of Whole Foods and QFC for groceries.

Such friendly management! I feel really taken care of by the management here, so far!

Zig is a great community and place to live. I feel at home whenever I am there, which is tough coming from so far out of town. I am thankful for the amenities they provide, the location, cleanliness, and abundant safety. I always feel protected in the building and there is no noise issues - how often can you find that in this area? My cat and I love living at ZIG!

The zig has so many amenities. Beautiful rooftop, gym, community events and even a rewards program. The leasing staff is so nice and helpful. Had a couple issues upon moving in, which is to be expected when moving. A key phob wasnt working and our parking spot was too small, but Adrianna took care of everything right away. The staff made the move completely stress free. So glad we decided to move here!
