Located only five miles from downtown Houston, this neighborhood consists of modern complexes and homes in a variety of styles, filled with people who work in other parts of the city but prefer to live in the outskirts to save on housing costs. There are several schools and parks in the area, making it very family-friendly. This neighborhood on-the-rise has plans for commercial development already in action.
Since Old Spanish Trail-South Union happens to be inside the loop, residents can conveniently access key parts of the city with no issue. The neighborhood is near Texas Medical and the University of Houston. There are tons of retail shops, grocery stores, and restaurants along the Old Spanish Trail and Scott Street. For entertainment, the NRG Stadium and Arena is just a few minutes away showcasing rodeos, concerts, football games, and more. During the holidays, it isn’t surprising to find the neighborhood heavily decorated.

Property Ratings at Zollie Scales Apartments
I moved in last October for the first 10 months it went very well I would of never moved out. But than when 11 months came around there was cockroachs everywhere in my apartment I sprayed the bug stray from Walmart I bought than pest control came in 2 time and it's like they put sugar water down. The bugs got so bad they was crawling on everything also got into everything. I ended up throwing almost everything I owned away and started new. Also theres always never any parking spots up front had to park in the back and walk to my apartment. Than at night time you have people partying in front of the apartment complex every night. Also the 4th of the july is very bad starting on july 1 fireworks goes off and it shakes your apartment. Than the washing room it takes your money and you have to call this number and they send you a check out. Also if you get packages sent to your house you better watch for it are someone will take it off your porch. And than you have stray cats wondering around the complex. Also when it rains very badly the power goes out for about 2 to 5 hours. Pros of this place cheap rent I had a 1 bedroom amd never paid more than 604.97 for all Bill's. Also nice people everyone stays hi when you walk around outside also the lady's in the front desk are very nice and understanding of things
it helps a lot to people in need of housing very good service
