Haven't fully moved in yet but so far the experience with the staff and moving in process is amazing! I haven't have a single problem and have been helped all through out. I'm so excited to call this place home!

I have yet to even move in yet and it has been nothing less than frustration from Husk and Helm housing. At first i was supposed to move into Husk apartments, I was promised a spot, signed a lease and everything. Then one day I was no longer able to sign into the resident portal, I gave them a call and they proceed to tell me that the spot that i was slotted for was no longer available. I would not have known this information unless i called them, they gave me no notification of anything. On July 9th i paid the initial move in fee for a spot in Helm that became available. A couple days ago i log into the resident portal and the fee is back on my account. When I gave the leasing office a call I was told to send the email of the receipt so i did and the guy told me that he “would let his manager know”. I am unsure whether he did that or not but the fee is still on my account. Now when my mother and I try to call the leasing office there is no answer. Very aggravating.

Living at the helm has been pretty good. My bad experience has been that within the first week of living here my bathtub had a Crack in it and it took them a while to fix it.
