Property Ratings at Venue at Carrollton
Very clean, very quiet. Love that I’m close to town and within walking distance of so many things. Apartments have been updated recently. Never have an issue.
I have no complaints. Maintainence has been quick. The office very helpful. It's kept very clean and well maintained. Very quit considering we are right at the hospital.
It’s very nice and quiet and near everything definitely work with you affordable and cheap with a lot of room to grow and chill and relax and be yourself
The noise of the lawnmowers will wake you up every week, the apartment is so beautiful but the paint isn’t the best quality, I love the pool and the pet area
Nice and Quiet. Perfectly close to everything I need. I like that the majority of the tenants here are respectful of one another, and that the staff keeps the grounds clean and tidy.
Amazing and responsive staff in the office. maintenance is quick and very friendly. The amenities are great and very worth it. No complains from me.
So far we’ve had an amazing experience and quick response time to all our needs and requests! The apartments are cozy and large and we just love it here already.
Once was a home to everyone, but now that’s all changed. No front porch furniture, no flowers , only two hard benches . Very big problem with German roach bugs ! If your apartment is one of the older ones they will not fix it for you . Will not replace carpet or get mold out of the apartment. After living there for 13 yrs you don’t get anything done , they are waiting for you to move out so then they can go in and change them and jack prices up when all you are getting is what they call an upgrade . They should take care the loyal tenants first . I k ow two families that have been there over 20 plus yrs . It is a very great area to live in as far as that goes but since Ms Betty left when it sold the first time it’s just not homey anymore. And the roaches are never gone they spray everywhere monthly but that’s a joke ! Sad to see it go down this way , to the eye it looks good but once your there and have to deal with this company and the people they hire it is not very pretty then . I would not recommend to anyone!

Yes, South Park Apartments could use an update. Many apartments in this complex are simply old; the cabinetry in the bathroom/kitchen is obviously well used and out of style while the washer/dryer are adjacent to the kitchen sink. This leads to a rather cramped cooking space and layout fit for the 70's (which is when the complex was built). Yet, I love living here! Why? Because the rent is very affordable, the apartments very spacious, and the community is incredibly calm and quiet. The majority of my neighbors are elderly while the rest are professionals which makes for a peaceful neighborhood of renters. In addition, the complex is well within walking or a quick bike ride's distance from downtown Carrollton and the 3 most sought after locations of employment: Southwire, Tanner Medical Center, and the University of West Georgia. In short, I would recommend this complex to anyone who won't mind living with some outdatedness and prefers a peaceful, roomy, and convenient location.
