The condo includes one complimentary parking spot and is ADA/handicap accessible with a dedicated handicapped parking spot. The condo allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may incur a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Located in the vibrant Music Row neighborhood, there are numerous places within walking distance, including popular spots like Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Explore the nearby Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods for shopping, restaurants, and more. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not necessary as Midtown's local bars are within walking distance. Lyft or Uber rides to Broadway and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are a fun option. All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the suites, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old if from out of town or 25 years old if local. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy enforced by calling the police for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
