Lyft or Uber rides to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are just $5-7 one-way. For the adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are a fun option. This property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is prohibited within or outside the condo, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays (30 days+) require a background search and credit check.
