Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined from stays. Located in the vibrant Music Row neighborhood, there are numerous places within walking distance, including popular spots like Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Explore the Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods for shopping, restaurants, and more. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not necessary as Midtown's local bars are within walking distance. Lyft or Uber rides to Broadway and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way, and dockless Lime scooters offer an adventurous way to travel. The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy.
