The master suite includes a luxurious ergonomic workspace, electronic blackout blinds for added privacy and convenience, and stunning views of Mercer Street. Additionally, the bathrooms boast spacious layouts and a steam room, making you feel at home. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with modern workstations, premium amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee maker. Relax with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Hulu). In-unit washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. During the day, street vendors sell everything from jewelry to original artwork. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
